Overall pretty good. We wish someone would provide a regular feedback mechanism to us about our child's progress. Also, we were told that the mathnasium program would compliment our child's schoolwork and so far, that has not happened at all.

Dishonest cheats !! Beware !! I enrolled my son for a trial period for the month of August. The agreement clearly stated termination date as 08/31/22 .. come to find out that they charged $938 for the months of September and October despite my son not attending and the contract having ended in August. I emailed them asking for a refund to which the answer was " termination notice was not given in writing " . I responded that the termination date was clearly stated on agreement to which the answer was " it is our policy " . So let me understand.. the child has not attended a single session after August 31st, termination date clearly stated on agreement as 08/32/22 yet you continue to charge fees because it is your policy to require another termination in writing .. huh... seems to be a policy that is conveniently tailored to steal money from ppl .So what is the point of a termination date on agreement ..Duh ... agreement should state end date as TBD ?? Such thieves !! Will never recommend !!!!

Miss Bree was amazing! She helped my child go from a C+ in math to an A! She was very kind and encouraging to my daughter. We appreciate her professionalism as well as her will to go above and beyond for the needs of not only my child but the staff that she works with. Keep up the great work Miss Bree!

The tutoring was ok. Definitely not specialized to the students needs. My son was given work on his 7th grade math level and not his current grade level. When I canceled my contract I was told I would be charged for one more month but I the manager never canceled my sons contract so I was charged for a lnother month. I was told I misunderstood and the extra month was the early termination fee. So the 1 month is actually 2 months. If I was told this from the beginning of the contract I would not have signed up since a personal tutor charges almost the same price without a 500 dollar termination fee. But I am making sure they cannot charge me again and canceling my card.

My kid was sick the first week, no refund. the second week I spent trying to get access to online tutoring. So far nothing good to say. I left message for center 3 times 5 days ago guess the directors out. Don't ask anyone else for help as they gentleman who answered one of my 3 calls said he can't help and just took a message. Out 360 because limited self to month month but at least not out 600 if would have taken yearly contract.Update, got credit for concerns not being able to log in for past week. Recommend get online set up at the center before go home. Need to set up through two systems and can be tricky even with assistance over the phone.
