What a lifesaver! The pharmacist went way out of her way to save me at the end of the day on a Saturday. I was at a nearby hotel on the weekend and had Lost vital meds from California! With a kind heart, she went way out of her way
And then even sent someone over to the hotel with my Rx!! Thank you so very much— I’m still remembering your good deed. 💟

I've been working with this pharmacy for months or maybe a year or so.
The staff are so kind and caring. They listen to you and they care about your health issues to deliver medications to you as soon as possible. They are so on top of the game.
They always give me a call and follow up.
If they don't have a medication, they are so honest and inform you immediately.
We had some little miscommunication issues in the past, but honestly after complaining once, they took feedback so seriously and they have improved so much.

I am so glad that I found this pharmacy.
Amazing staff. Hardworking staff. Good communication. Caring staff. Attentive. Great attention to details. They Ship medications as soon as possible. Very understanding.

Staff is so pleasant and friendly, they always go above and beyond, and I have never had a bad experience despite dealing with some stressful circumstances. Their exceptional customer service, positive attitudes, and team mentality is greatly appreciated and truly goes a long way. I can’t say the same for any other pharmacy I have used in the past and am so glad my doctor recommended this pharmacy for me.

They get the prescription and they don't send it, they don't call me.I'm tired of following up for my medications.I ran out of my sleep medications and I can't sleep. They're not on the point with their clients meds. I mean isn't that ur job?

I’m so grateful for the excellent care I have received consistently at Loudoun Community Pharmacy. I had previously been a loyal customer of CVS (10+ yrs) but after multiple incidents of extreme negligence at CVS, combined with the attention and extra effort by the team at Loudoun Community Pharmacy - I will never go back. At Loudoun Community Pharmacy, they have taken time to explain the use of some tricky meds and search out available discounts for a prescription that wasn’t covered by my insurance.

Life saving pharmacy! They save my son from going into diabetics low. I just walked in asking for a vending machine and the person said no vending machines here but what do you want? Said juice any sugar and he just went out of his way and gave us a soda. They’re very nice folks in here . Thanks again for saving my son!
