Great experience! Very professional, kind, and genuinely caring! After 8 years of searching, I think I finally found a team who can help me! I saw Stephanie and Dr. Davis who were above and beyond expectations!

The only problem with the Landsdowne office is trying to make an appointment by phone. The phone tag game with Carmen is difficult and frustrating.Messages are delivered by someone in another office. Phone calls to Carmen are always intercepted by someone in a NSPC central office. Then the process starts over again.Securing Landsdowne appointments at a convenient time are next to impossible because I work full-time during the day.As a result, I frequently have to schedule appointments past the dates after I need to be seen, and miss a full day’s pay. (Maybe because Dr. Davis and Nidi are extremely busy?).I am happy with Dr. Davis and Nidi and my quality of care I receive in Landsdowne -just not the appointment process.

Excellent care from knowledgeable providers. The entire staff is welcoming and considerate. They listen carefully and value the patient’s input. Great practice. Thanks for your great care. The four star rating is to hopefully get the attention of corporate where telephone contact is concerned. Love the feature of call back, except for the fact that it doesn’t work most of the time. I am still waiting for my callback from a week ago. And for a two hour callback this am. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

My spine pain got significantly worse the day Dr Davis did cortisone injections. I reported this, and came back for follow up appointments, and basically just got a "huh that's weird" out of the team. They didn't do anything to try and fix that problem, and it's never gotten any better. I messaged the doctors to follow up on this and no one ever responded.Edit: in response to the owner's reply. I am wholly uninterested in ever returning to this place. The total lack of empathy and unwillingness to address or fix the reported issue was the worst medical experience I've ever had.

Everyone was very nice and efficient. Dr. Davis immediately established good rapport, and definitely seems to enjoy his work. I had a few problems with the web-based appointment confirmation situation, and I had some trouble finding a phone number that would work. Those are exceedingly minor complaints. On the whole, I would recommend a visit if you are exploring pain treatment options

I've been w/NSPC-Lansdowne from earliest days (~14yrs) with easily 100+ visits, and IMO it is a consistently exceptional practice. Dr. Davis is one of the most pleasant MDs I've ever met; he takes time to listen to me, then assess/ explain possible solutions to issues. During procedures, he walks me through every step + pays close attention to any discomfort. Stephanie is fantastic, a truly professional/ empathetic PA, spending time necessary to actively listen & assist w/ achieving best outcomes for meds mgmt & offering procedure options/ solutions. The practice is stable, support staff responsive/helpful; Emma especially is an example of the all-around excellent people there. FWIW, I suspect many unfavorable reviews for *any* MD practice reflect a patient's view of whether their health challenges are fixed, when success is never guaranteed for all diagnoses; however, there is a *difference* between resolving health issues and the process/excellence of the practice for addressing same. While not all of my own challenges are resolved, Dr. Davis and NSPC-Lansdowne has been fantastic, supporting me through all conservative solutions and multiple spinal surgeries. THAT is a great medical practice.

Corrected the spinal injection site to the lumbar area even though the order stated thoracic area.Would like to have known what some of the possible side effects are before going home. I have been unable to sleep without cramping in my legs.

I have been going here for years Dr. Davis is the one who found out why I was having on-and-off back pain for so many years. Then has helped me to manage that pain. His assistants are excellent. I only gave four stars because they need better office management and office staff. You can never get anyone on the phone, you always have to take time to go down in person just to talk to someone to say schedule, reschedule or get refills. I have even been there as other people complained. They should set up an online system like my chart with several people assigned to complete the tasks. Perhaps, allowing regular visits to be scheduled through it as well. This would help free up the phone lines. The operational risks for this business are the day-to-day office administration tasks and people. After all, customer service is key to the continued success of a business, you have poor customer service word of mouth spreads and you lose patients. Time to invest in better training, more staff and system upgrades.

Add this experience as another pain in the rear. The first sign was the rude receptionist. Maybe it's just an outlier, a one off, or a bad day, we all have them. The doctor, Dr. Davis, was extremely pleasant however I had a hard time following this train of thought. I felt like he was a machine learning model making adjustments as he gained new data on me. It was very obvious they are trying to accommodate way too many patients at once as the doctor had to leave to perform an injection during my appointment time. Although he performed it within minutes and it's a feat of great execution and modern science, I don't want to be treated like a drive-thru when it comes to my spinal cord.Needless to say he forgot to put in my prescription for medicine on day one. By day 8 I attempted to call the office with no avail but answering machines and the national directory. Even after leaving a voicemail I was hopeful for someone to actually complete the task or just call me back and confirm the gap in their process.Back pain is already a hassle to deal with but I'll be darned if I continue with this office.

The staff was nice. I wish there was CC on TV. I know there is one on TV. CC is good for hard of hearing people as for me, being Deaf.I hope that this time, the next time there be CC without me asking for it all the time. Next one is the toilet. It was too close to the floor. I lost balance on it getting up. It hurt my knees. Please look into that. If the people didn't say anything, it's only because it's none of their business. Most of all, please set CC on the TV. Thank you very much for your kindness and understanding.
