Came here for hair removal and Laser Genesis for my acne scars. I started seeing results after 3 sessions in regards to slower hair growth and reduced appearance of scars and pores. The owner and staff kept me well-informed of post-care routines and were very detail-oriented to best suit my needs. I look forward to getting more of their services in the future and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be taken care of by experienced professionals.

I am 55 years old with relatively healthy skin but was beginning to show the signs of collagen loss, fine lines on my forehead and slight marionette lines. My once very full cheeks had seemed to disappear. After my consultation at reflections Med spa, I received some voluma filler and Botox treatment. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The facility is amazing the staff friendly and professional, the treatment not only took a full 10-15 years off my face but the follow up care was outstanding. Each time I walk into her well appointed office, it gives me a feeling of going to a spa retreat. It's so serene and I love the fresh flowers everywhere. LaSondra and her staff are so attentive and personable! I discussed my needs with LaSondra and she explained every step of the process to help me achieve the desired results I was looking for. I love that she truly listens and follows up with me to make sure I'm pleased with how things are going so far with my treatments and she holds me accountable. She's definitely invested in her clients and genuinely cares about them. I have been going to Lasondra for a little over a month now and my results are really starting to show! She's been treating me for my hormonal acne that I have struggled with on and off since my teenage years. The service is truly amazing. I always feel so welcomed every visit.
