This is a great store and we use it every week. We rarely use any other grocery, the selection of goods is excellent, most of the HT brand items are as good or better than the "name brands", etc., etc. I could go on and on about what's good. And the staff is superb! But I have *TWO* BIG complaints: (1) The shelf stocking is ABYSMAL, *ESPECIALLY* in the Campbell's Soup section, the canned vegetable section and the Jello section! Items are mixed, out of place, hidden behind other items, etc. - and it's all the fault of having totally open, undivided-by-separator-strips shelves! (2) The Men's bathroom is atrocious! It is ALWAYS filthy, one of the toilets has a broken seat and has been that way for months, and it obviously is at the bottom of the "clean-up " list at the store. Basically, it's a health hazard. A little modernization and more attention to "creature comforts" for the patrons would go a LONG way in this store.

Found everything I wanted at good prices. Produce was fresh, the store was clean with lots of parking, and staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Usually have the products I want in stock, but ever since covid happened they are always short staffed and only have about 1 or 2 cashiers when it is busy

Very impressed with the Purcellville location. Excellent selection, very fresh seafood. Their prime rib burgers are outstanding. Great selection, great service. We even had a return and it was hassle free. Great place to shop. Pro tip: sign up for the VIC card to get additional discounts and digital receipts for returns.

This location is one of my favorites. The staff is very friendly, the ready to eat food (sushi and Asian bar) is delicious. The location is always well stocked and the staff is very friendly and are always happy to help. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the Asian bar is sometimes closed during the time it should be open and I've been to supermarket with a wider selection of food.

Products are damaged on the shelf. Picked up a carton of eggs then checked it for broken eggs and egg yolk poured all over me! I went to customer service desk to complain and the manager couldn't even take time to see me. Terrible customer service! No concern that they were possibly spreading salmonella!

I like this Harris Teeter in my neighborhood. It is always clean, polite staff and fresh produce, meat, diary products and bakery. During this past 14 years that my family and I shop from this store we had 2 very minor issues in deli and customer service. It is so convenient to have this great store in the neighborhood.

Crazy times when the manager checks you out and makes comments. I guess they don't do sexual harassment training at Harris Teeter. Careful woman as a management is bunch of pigs with no regard for the shopper. Still no contact from the company. Apparently not an issue for this company. Disappointing.

To be honest, I came I here to get Sbux sandwiches but the line was long so I decided to look at what hot meals they have available. They had a lot of selection- from Asian food, soups, salads, 5 different types of chicken wings, rotisserie chicken and about 6 different types of pizza. I just love going to Harris Teeter! After checking out all their options, I decided to pick up a slice of pizza for lunch. For $2.49 a slice or $7.99/box, it's much a great deal. I got a slice of supreme and they heated it up for me. It was delicious! They also have a really nice selection of produce so I decided to grab some bananas and orange for dessert. For a total of $5 bucks, I got organic bananas, a plump delicious orange and a slice of pizza. It's a great deal for the price of one Sbux sandwich! I highly recommend.

Great store as they have everything here including a fantastic deli. Employees are very nice and efficient and ringing up the customers unlike the other large grocery store in the area.

Awful customer service. Out of town for a party and asked if I could pay to blow up balloons and wouldn't help me out. I was even willing to pay to buy their balloons and then just blow up mine.

Be careful what you buy: found over ten boxes of expired kids yogurt pouches in the dairy section. Some of which were also there 3 weeks ago when I was last here (expired 2/6/19, today is 3/27/19)

I've been to many Harris Teeters, and this is by far my favorite! The deals are great, the specials are amazing and the overall look and feel of the entire grocery is homey and organized perfectly. I don't know what it is, but for some reason I enjoy this specific Harris Teeter in Lansdowne, VA over others (even compared to the one in Ashburn just a mile or 2 away).

Today one of my grocery bags accidentally ended up in someone else's cart and unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got home and saw that I was missing a few items. At first I thought maybe I lost my mind bc this has never happened before. I double checked my car and looked all over my kitchen. Nothing. I called Harris Teeter right away and they searched around the register and then the parking lot and found nothing. Regardless they still wanted to make it right for me and they told me to come in and get the items I was missing, with my receipt of course. The manager was so nice and told me that after I called someone else called in and stated they had my missing grocery bag. It's great to see that there are still very honest people out there. Shout out to Harris Teeter and your customer service today! P.S. they also have the best Pizza!

I tried the new made-to-order pizza concept at Harris Teeter Lansdowne and was very impressed. The dough is perfect with a nice bubbly rise on the outer crust and their sauce has a great consistency and flavor. The rotating pizza of the month is $7.99 with every other pizza (all come in one size) costing approximately $12. You can call ahead for easy pick up. Great value and in my humble opinion, the quality/taste of the ingredients beats Deli Italiano's pie hands down and of course no tips.
