“First Impression made an awful obligation bareable. Picking out flower arrangements for my Mother's funeral was made so much easier and quick due to the understanding ,empathy and compassion the staff showed my family and I. What I thought would take forever and would be torture was so easy and took approximately 15 minutes. We were immediately met with kindness and compassion. We gave them an idea of what we wanted and it was literally like they knew us and my sweet Momma on a personal level our entire life. We had the casket flowers picked out in no time and they listened to our suggestions and wishes and made our visions come to life . We were prepared to pay an extreme overpriced amount of money and to pay it immediately. NO money was collected that day and there was no over pricing . When we were finished and ready to pay we were told they would bill us and not to worry about money at this time, we had enough to worry about. We walked out of there leaving them with an idea of what we wanted and very little info about my Momma and the day of the funeral the flower arrangements far exceeded our expectations. The gifts that was ordered from loved ones over the phone to be delivered to the funeral and dispersed to the family members were absolutely perfect I couldn't have done a better job myself. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I am not very good with words and there is no way I can say enough to express just how wonderful they were and how grateful we are. Please don't hesitate, don't even bother considering any other florest. I'm extremely confident saying First Impression is the VERY BEST! In a world that seems to be ran by greed for money, I'm confident in saying this company is ran by the love and compassion to their customers ❤️”
