The gentleman that waited on me was very kind. He was extremely efficient and helpful. I was in and out in a short amount of time. I’ve been to other Verizon stores and it was a total nightmare. I plan to visit the Lebanon, Verizon store going forward.

We actually have always been taken care of. Letting us know of the new promotions. Plans that suit our needs. Each team member has always been very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can't say that about other competitors. They don't try to do add on sales. Very interested in the customers needs.

I came in to ask for help because my phone service wasn't working after I had paid my bill. Jarod was able to have the problem resolved within 20 minutes or less. He's the only in store associate for Verizon who has ever resolved an issue for me.

Tried to shut a phone off for a family member that passed away,. They where to sorry to do it saying we had to call customer service that has a 2 hour wait.

I went to Russell Cellular today to purchase new phones for my family and had spoken with Jarrod about my purchase prior to my arrival and I was very pleased with my entire customer service from beginning to end! This is the second time dealing with this store and would recommend it to anyone!

Took 3 hours to buy a phone that was placed on hold. The girl working couldn’t figure out how to ring it up and she was the only one working in the store. After spending 2 hours on the phone with tech support and the store manager she finally managed to get it activated, but messed up the whole transaction. Still trying to get my trade in value for my phone fixed the next day.
