Self checkout cashier, we're basically breathing down my neck on everything. And I mean, every item that I scanned . Ben, after I spent a $194, the lady that checks the receipts, which is all well and good told me. I did not pay for 2 gallons of paint. I had mixed and I told her it was on the first item of the receipt. She did not even bother to look that close. Took the cant out of the car. And proceeded to check, I think barcodes, she made me feel like I was a thief. I've been shopping at Walmart for years. Well, you may have billions of dollars, but you lost me as a customer forever. Then I spoke to the manager, young guy, Brown hair. He sided with the employees, and I decided to return everything in my car. I returned. A $194 worth of merchandise, including food products, paint that they have. They made for me and we'll never return to that store again. Or any other walmart I will take the time and go 5 stores if I have to, but never go back to walmart. People should not have to go shopping to feel like they're being a thief or being accused of a thief

Walmart bags are worthless. They tear and split and cause you to spill your groceries. If a company this size cannot provide decent bags they need to quit altogether. Pitiful.

Betty and Michael are two of the best assets this location have for cashiers. Betty is always smiling. We witnessed today another breath of fresh air as Michael assisted an elderly gentleman complete his transaction. He was so kind, patient, and friendly. Remarkable customer service. Im worried about what will be around for us at that age. The next generation most are clueless. Betty carefully bags our items. She knows exactly what items you package together. We always have a pleasant laugh encountering her as well. These two definitely made my day. Even though it was busy. It was pleasant.

Every time I’ve had an interaction with the pickup service, it’s been a breeze. The pickup service has definitely improved since its inception. My experience with the staff at this store has been incredibly courteous, and the store is always spotless.

They are remodeling the store. And it's hard to find things now. Sometimes I go home without some of the stuff if I can't find it.
Update: It's much easier to find my groceries now that they are done moving everything. The store looks so nice.

We were traveling through Lebanon when my car started having trouble. Thankfully, we were less than a mile away from this Walmart and we were able to get help from the Auto Center. Don Mullins was quick to help us figure out the issue was the battery. He helped us get it replaced and we were back on the road quickly. Thank you, Don!

A boy in electronics hung up on me over a simple complaint. I called back to talk to a manager who then transferred me to the over all store manager. He was just as childish as the 1st boy I talked & also hung up on me
