This is the worst 7-11! If you want customer service don’t come here! If you want sale items tagged don’t come here! If you want fresh hot prepared food definitely don’t come here! If you expect to be acknowledged except if they think you’re taking something don’t come here! I asked for napkins he pointed and replied over there! I then responded if I knew where over there was I wouldn’t be asking you right?! He then gets an attitude and speaks in his native tongue. It’s real simple I’m in my work uniform bright yellow construction vest with LOUDOUN COUNTY TRANSIT in bold black lettering on the back and you follow me around like a pet on a leash. I ask for a napkin after paying for my items and you avoid helping me like the plague. Thank goodness the 7-11 off plaza is most welcoming. They speak they smile they chat and perk me up and prices are always up to date and the food is fresh. I hope they shut you down because your franchise is a poor example of what 7-11 teaches and expects. I have been back in LC for 9 months visited this franchised version 5 times it’s usually a disappointing experience but right by my house. I’ve had it. Definitely Won’t be back. I hope that sign integrity team sees through all the fake you displayed today. SHUT THEM DOWN. Please take it back corporate!

Is this a joke? The clerks literally play practical jokes and lock you out or just deny you service. They openly call you slurs in urdu and resent you showing up at their store. Close this place down 7 eleven brand.

Genuinely don't think you could have worse customer service than this place. It's almost comical how bad they are. Worth going a mile further up 15 to get to sheetz.

Attempt to grab a drink. No lids for the cups. No biggie, I'll ask when I pay. Line at the cashier because they are no where to be found. Waited a minute or so. I just put my drinks down and left.

If I could give less than one star or no stars I would. The employee's is what makes a business good or not good. The store however is very well maintained by it's employee's, however my experience is they treated me like I did them wrong or similar. Yet I treat all people with respect at all times, no matter where in the world they are from. I treat millionaire's no different than, the ones that sweep and mop the floor. I'm just saying, I'd rather go to a nearby store or sheets, just to be Treated like a normal person as anyone else. I will. I feel they don't want the thousands of dollars we spend yearly. Maybe it would save our money all together, and buy a store! I'm just saying is all.

The cashier worked there so lazy and he don’t feel to work there keep me out side the store On the pretext of cleaning the toilet, but was eating and playing on the phone all the time.after 30 minutes I got tired and knocked the door and he finally came and open the door its not 24/7 hours store until he work there
