They probably have the good people in the store to help but their manager is has attitude and ego problem. I asked for having a conversation with the manager, manager never came out and it was said to that he is having a conference call with his Boss so he cannot have a conversation with me.
On the other hand, Michael P. Has been a tremendous help in past. Seems the AT&T management needs to look at the store leadership closely.

My wife and I came here to switch carriers and trade in phones for new ones. The staff here, especially Angelica were very helpful and professional. They're also easy to just chat with as you go through the process. Overall, the experience here was great.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 isn't really the fault of the store but AT&T as a whole.
As we were getting set up, we were offered a protection plan, which we declined, and the offered an upgrade program which we also declined. We confirmed in the store's system the services and agreed upon fees and we were on our way with new phones.
A few days later, we got notice of our first bill. This first bill included the expected fees, but it included costs for the new phones (which were supposed to be $0 per month with our trade ins) and it included the fees for the upgrade program and the protection plan. The store confirmed on their end that they didn't have these on our plan and said that they can't address the bill. So, we had to call the billing department. While the billing department representative was understanding and professional, I'm not fully satisfied with the resolution. I'm likely going to have to call again in a couple months to get all the billing situation resolved. Clearly, the store system doesn't properly communicate with AT&T's billing system. The representative said that they get these calls all the time. So, clearly, corporate (not this store) has some work to do here to make the onboarding and first billing experience better.
So, store, I'm sorry for the 4 stars. I'd probably give you 5 if it was just you, but since you're all under the AT&T umbrella, and AT&T messed this up, I have to hold you a little responsible.

Outstanding customer service experience with Jim at this AT&T corporate store. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and efficient, he went above and beyond to assist in what turned out to be a time-consuming, somewhat complicated process. Despite the unexpected hiccups, he was nothing but patient, courteous, professional and committed to resolving the issue, especially considering the store was very busy at the time of my visits.
10 out of 10 would recommend- and my husband and I will be returning for all future carrier needs.

First of all this is a company store, not a franchize. They provide superior customer service. Michael is very professional and knowledgeable manager. See him for anything you need. He is the best!!!!

Drew was amazing! I took my son in to upgrade his phone, and Drew made sure he explained everything to him. I even walked out with an upgrade! Great customer service and NOT a pushy salesmen!

Worst customer service experience of my life. They messed up my account multiple times, told me they would fix it by a certain date, and then nothing… No fix, no return of multiple phone calls, no reply to emails, and $700 worth of charges that didn’t belong to me. Corporate had to fix everything. Pick another location. Broadlands was great to me!

We visit the store to get un upgrade Iphone 11 pro max for Iphone 15 pro max, and we get one Iphone 15 pro. The has window broken because somebody robbed the store and they had not phone for display, so we had not change to compare. So at the end we not want the Iphone and they charged me $55 in few minutes. And when we get at home our Iphone 11 pro max has problems with eSIM. Terrible customer service.
