I was recently in a car accident where I needed to get a new car. I loved my 2022 Rav4. Apparently my car was pretty special has no dealership had the car with all the features that my car had. I called nearly all the dealerships and even put a deposit down with another dealership. Then I received a call from Deondrae at AutoNation. Deondrae went out of his way to help me and was able to get the car I wanted from Toyota. I got my deposit back from the other dealer and went with AutoNation because of this. I was updated on my car from time to time as I had to wait for the car to come in. Once the car arrived I was real happy to see the vehicle as well as all the new features that were explained to me. The purchase experience and the team at AutoNation were very nice and professional. Sheik the finance manager was great as well. Helping with the warranty and finance options. Overall I will go back to AutoNation for any future purchase.

Customer service in service has gone down the tubes. I've called all day with no response. Had nothing other than a 55k mile check up scheduled, which should take no more than an hour, yet still no call response at 3:30. They don't even do an oil change 5k miles. They literally did nothing with my car yet had it all day with no communication. Not sure what happened over there.

Your service is top notch, and you provide a good hospitality to your customers.
However, kindly improve on the waiting time of your customers. I was told to wait for 2hrs for emissions and point inspections, but i ended up waiting for 4hrs.

Butch was absolutely amazing. He treated us with courtesy, friendliness, and informed - something that we did not have at the four other places we tried to sell our car. Instead of feeling like a burden, we were treated well. Because of that, we plan on buying our son's car there in the next few weeks.

Stay away from the service department! I have serviced my Toyotas here a few times but never again. Every visit they find something to drive up the price. This last time they said my brakes were below 4mm and the pads and rotors needed replacing on the front and back and would be roughly a $1000 an axle. I was in disbelief over the price and the wasn’t confident the brakes were in need of replacement given how recently they had been replaced elsewhere and no issues with brake rub or sounds. I’ve since taken my vehicle to another garage to find out my both axles brakes were perfectly fine measuring roughly 6mm or more! After this experience I will never return here. AutoNatjon Toyota Leesburg are pulling the same funny business seen at quick lube joints - selling services that are not needed, overcharging work, and from what I read in other reviews, might not even be doing the work. You lost a customer.

Very disappointed in the service center. I had an appointment for a recall on my Toyota Rav4 for a faulty passenger side airbag. Made the appointment, when I arrived the guy at the front desk let me know that corporate issued a stop order on the recall. I really wish someone would have called me to let me know instead of wasting my time driving there 45 min.
Edit:
Turns out the guy at the front desk lied. Corporate didn't issue a stop order, they just didn't want to do it. I made an appointment at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, they took care of me same day.

Great price on a very nice used Toyota truck. Mohammed Salek, Sales Manager Howard, and the finance young lady were awesome. If you want a great used car, great price, and no pressure experience, definitely shop AutoNation Toyota Leesburg VA!!Edit...I just want to ad that I cant say enough about Mohammed Salek and his dedication to his customers. Mohammed was diligent in insuring I received my 2nd key fob after I bought the car and went home. He must have called the previous owner to obtain the key fob and later made sure I received it by overnighting it to me. Well done and Thank you again!

I drove 8 hours one way to buy a vehicle that they had. They were very pushy on trying to get me to buy a $14,000 warranty on the $37,000 car. They wouldn’t take no for an answer, and made me talk to the manager and tell him no. He didn’t take no for an answer and the warranty kept getting cheaper and cheaper until I had to yell and say NO!! I don’t want a warranty. Not to mention the vehicle was smoked in which I was not aware of until I got there, they didn’t disclose even knowing I was driving 8hours one way.
Now over 2 weeks later I get an email, not even a call, that they never submitted my registration and need more paperwork for it. I signed 3 copies when I was there and they lost them. Now I have to print off and fedex them a new copy. So unprofessional. Who waits over 2 weeks to send in registration paperwork.
