The store is sorta small but still great, featuring a cowboy hat bar to help work and adjust hats. The atmosphere is very chill. Salespeople are super helpful and friendly, with one named Breanna being super personable, helpful, and polite. She goes out of her way to help find the right size, making the store highly recommended for all western needs.
