I booked a last minute appointment and was assisted by Seema. She did an incredible job achieving the look I wanted while also guiding me through the process with care. The appointment was nearly three hours (which I’m incredibly grateful they were able to squeeze me in), but her attention to detail and the final result made it completely worthwhile.

Went in a month ago, and I’m still trying to fix my hair. I came in with pictures and discussed with the stylist that I wanted an inverted Bob. We discussed the length, and she even said, “so you want to still be able to pull it back into a ponytail”. I was pretty sure she got it. Sometime during the haircut, I mentioned that my daughter has a mullet style haircut, and it must’ve gotten in her brain, because that’s what she gave me: a mullet. Thankfully, I’m not super attached to my hair. But it was the opposite of what we discussed! And when I said “oh no, it was supposed to be long in the front”, the manager, who was working on someone else, “jokingly” went, “oh no, let me get the hair glue”. Now, I understand people often complain after a haircut that it’s too short. But in my case, it was just a completely different thing than what we discussed! Definitely not going back

I recently got a keratin treatment, shampoo, cut, and style by Mani! She made me feel so welcome and listened to all of my hair concerns as a first time client. I expressed my concerns about heat damage to her (bad experience with previous salons), and she walked me through all of the products and styling techniques. I naturally have thick type 3/4 hair and I feel so confident with styling now thanks to her! ❤️

I don't ask much for a haircut, shampoo and haircut, and it has always felt like not much thought is put into it. But Cyndi was fantastic today, she was thoughtful and very detailed. My hair felt loved today by Cyndi. 100% recommended!
