I love this Chico branch. Staffs here are amazing. The manager’Mugda’ was so helpful. She’s well knowledgeable about style. She makes sure I got a good outfit that fits me as 9 months pregnant. Very recommend !!

One of the worst store for customer service, if you go for return they doubt to customer about items if it was washed the first question without seeing the price tags ??? So funny ! Don’t run the business if you cannot accept the return policy what it is written back of receipt ! After giving original receipt simple dust on linens doesn’t means you had used and brought , items were tagged not used simply some dust !!! Holy moly the manager is totally unprofessional ! If that is being taught to manager to run the business than they must be looking for other business not retail ! The company should talk to the manager and better train if that’s not the way ? Honestly wont come back again 👎🏿 and won’t recommend people too !

This is a fabulous Chico’s. They have a lot of merchandise and the staff is helpful and friendly.
There’s a variety of sizes and they’re getting their spring clothes in now and it’s the end of February.

What a pleasure to shop here. All of the staff were engaging, very pleasant. My salesperson Jane (I think), was absolutely fabulous and found exactly what I was l looking for. I ended up with much more than I went for however, the prices were so good I had to...thank you ladies.

VERY RUDE clerk I tried to return a dress that I ordered online they would not take back claimed their policy won’t except without stag attached even though I had the receipt and the disgusting lady smelled the dress ?

I usually find something I didn't know I needed! Today was no exception! I am happy to know they will be remodeling next month. Now, if they can just get better hangers as the tops easily slide off! The employees are kind and knowledgeable. :-)

Was encouraged to over buy and return item if I changed my mind. Missed 60 day return by two days. Was not aware I could not get store credit :-( Very strict policy. Cannot afford to shop here again.
