🛍️ He surprised me with a super cute bag that was such a steal—way below the usual price tag. 💸 I also picked up a small bag for my sister since she’s been dropping hints forever. 🎁 We’ve visited a few times, even during the crazy holiday season, and it’s always a blast. Gina was a total sweetheart, welcoming us with a huge smile 😊 and giving my visiting aunts some awesome recommendations that made them feel special. The store is so well-organized, and the staff are total pros. 👌 Big props to Ms. Manilyn, who was so kind and patient, helping us track down everything we wanted. She explained all the details like a champ, and I walked out with a trendy military-style backpack 🎒 and a crossbody bag I can’t stop using. If you’re in town, this place is a must-stop for some serious retail therapy! 🌟

My boyfriend bought me this cute bag for a good deal they usually go for a higher price so glad to find them this cheap and got my sister a small bag because she been wanting one :)

Went in to get a new handbag for the wife. One sales associate was super judgy on what my wife wanted and was very dismissive about helping her.
Was going to leave when Gina offered to help. She even went to look for an unopened bag from the back when my wife made her decision. She was a rockstar. Great customer service.

One of the best staff in coach I was surprised since normally they are not that friendly but all of them helped me! And a great number of products!

I went to the coach outlet today and was followed around by a sales associate named Zach/Zack. He followed me through every single room never offered any assistance. Every time I would look at him he would quickly look away. I left the store as I was uncomfortable but my friends stayed and talked to the manager. I later went back in myself to point him out to the manager and explain. She was very dismissive and told me he was probably just trying to help me despite the fact that he never said anything to me. I’m very disappointed that racial profiling is seemingly okay in this store. It makes me think twice about buying any coach product. Beware if you’re black you might be followed around the store.

Went here several times and during holiday season. Gina was the best, greeted us with smile and super friendly. She made my aunts who came to visit felt special with her recommendations. We found our bags and enjoyed our visit. Def a must go if you’re in town.

Wow! Really nice and unique new arrivals. They usually have great verities of choices in clearance which I thought they'll have for Labor Day but they didn't. Little disappointed.
