Excellent Customer service provided by Salma-Maryum when I came to rent a storage facility in the Cube Smart self storage .She is very professional and she helped me lot in the renting process. She made the rental process quick and easy . I will definitely recommend cube smart self storage to others also .

Very easy process. Started online to complete the rental agreement and gain access to facility and locker. I had a disk lock from previous rental experience, so after loading locker and using my lock, I went to front desk to return unopened, provided lock and asked Alexis if I could have lock charge refunded. She did right there.

I am usually in a hurry when I am out running several errands on the same day. Salma has been very helpful during my last two visits when I was on a tight schedule and needed accurate assistance quickly, which she provided both times. I have had storage units at this location several different times over many years, and I am always pleased with the service and the facility.
