We have received several vaccines from this location and even though busy the pharmacists have all been pleasant. Not today. At 3 pm we had our vaccine appointments and while I appreciate pharmacists are busy, they charge for giving the flu and covid vaccines and this pharmacist was very unfriendly. She should have been courteous since she jammed the flu vaccine incorrectly in my arm so it broke and splattered all over me and so I had to have another shot. Then she complained about writing in our vaccine books that we keep to we can inform our PCPs.Very disappointing visit and we should have gone to our Giant pharmacy where they are courteous and professional.

Ok, new to the area and find the pharmacy people for the most part lack customer first mentality. Had issues with requests from doctor I KNOW wer sent. No offer that they would help get it right by talking to the doctors office, all up to me. Then went back k on a Sunday, only person I Lin while head of pharmacy y was chatting across the room with the customer in line. When they finished, went up and she told me they were closed. God forbid they take me and put th customer first. Would have taken three minutes MAX. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Transferring my meds to Harris Teeter.

The only perk of this location is it's proximity to my work. If proximity weren't a factor for you, I'd suggest finding another CVS. Service from the entire pharmacy department was lacking. Zack spoke to me as if i were stupid. Being sick, i wasn't on my game to answer questions rapid fire about my information. But i shouldn't have to, nor should anyone. It takes a lot of patience to work in a customer service oriented industry. And based off the reviews I've seen; those skills are severely lacking here. I'll probably return for only the convenience items here and there. But I'd stay far away from the pharmacy.

This location needs to evaluate what their priorities are or hire more pharmacists! I take a medication that is considered a "controlled substance" that can only be handled by the actual pharmacist. I called to get it refilled on a Saturday afternoon and was told it would be ready by 3:00. To ensure that it was ready, I waited to come until 5:45... and it WASN'T ready bc the pharmacist had been giving Covid vaccines instead of preparing medications. This was in Dec. '22... not exactly in the height of the pandemic! Medications that are needed by your customers for health reasons should be the PHARMACIST priority! So I was told to drive ALL THE WAY back out the next day for it. The next day, I waited 1 hour after opening to see if it was ready before calling. It still wasn't ready and yet again I was told that the pharmacist was giving vaccines again and could not fill the Rx. So I am now on day two without taking my med! Thanks for nothing... but you just lost my business!

Very poor customer service. The pharmacy is hit or miss. Today, an Indian lady pharmacist was taking her own sweet time after a tech informed her that I had a question. She needs to understand that when a customer approaches a pharmacy they are dealing with a sick individual 95% of the time. WAKE UP! Just like you we all work hard for a living. Customer service is critical & at CVS, Ruby Drive in Leesburg, they seldom care.

If it was possible to give zero stars or negative I would. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because of the proximity to me. However, the pharmacists are extremely rude and unorganized. Prescriptions are not filled correctly or ready when they should be. Instead of having customer care they tell you to come back on another day because they're to busy or it's inconvenient to correct their mistake when you're there. If you're trying to pick up a prescription in the morning, don't even try because the pharmacist is not there when the pharmacy says it is to be open. The pharmacist is often late to work and the pharmacy can't open until they arrive.

I wished there was a negative star. Extremely unorganized and slow. Standing here for 20 mins with one car already left the middle of the line because line is always slow. Also I came last night, 30 mins before closing, waiting in line . There was only one car ahead of me. When they were done with that car in 30 mins, they chose to close the shutters on me without serving me because it was closing time . There was no car behind me. I wish they close forever!!!!! And save us the pain.

I would give a zero star if I could. The sales person named Bettie. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Then she asked me if I had a problem. Well actually I do have a problem. She was the problem. There is much more to state but it isn't worth it. Do yourself a huge favor... shop at Wegmans or Walgreens. The service there is much friendlier.

It is frustrating that they do not communicate better with doctors and insurance companies. They are very nice and convenient. The store is clean. They are possibly overwhelmed with volume of prescriptions so efficiency is not their strong suit.

Gosh, nothing good to say about this place. I stopped here to pick-up one quick item. They had an alternative product that offered buy this and get x free but x was no where to be seen. In fact, the shelf did not even have a spot for it to be stocked. Additionally, the pharmacy opened 15 minutes late today with the line queued up both on person and on the phone. I checked out and was asked if I have a CVS card. Well, I avoid this place as much as possible, but I thought I had one. Nope, neither number matched, and they do not have a "guest" loyalty card like most places do, so I paid full price. A one-star rating was pretty generous.

Worst pharmacy ever. Understaffed. Incompetent. Zero customer orientation. Drive through is even worse. I have had to stand at the window and tap on it to get someone to come help. Pointless. Update: had a doc call in two scripts and dreaded they called it into ruby. The app showed ready but next morning both said I need refills!! So I tried calling and sat on hold 20 min. I finally hopped in car and actually drove there, talked to pharmacist, who just laughed the app off and said he'd call the doc again. I left and got back in car and was still on hold! So I left it. 50 minutes on hold. The whole time I was in there I could hear "one pharmacy call" so now it was principle. When he finally answered I laid into him. He should be fired. CVS needs to investigate this store. It's horrible.
