The staff, the quality of products at CVS Ruby Drive are always on top of the line. Excellent service and advice from the front desk and the medical staff.

The staff is friendly. They do try to be helpful to a point. The pharmacy is very slow. The staff is good. The try to get your prescriptions done and correct. They will try to answer questions if they can. Depending on what time you go in the store get busy and a little crazy between 4pm to 6pm.

Worst pharmacy ever! The staff do not care about you, or their job. I just had total hip revision/replacement surgery. A 7 hour procedure! I was prescribed pain killers. After 7 hours I called to ask why it was not filled yet. They said they are out of the medication. Why was I not informed they were out?
I am now left with the pain from a total hip replacement, and no pain killers because they didn't inform me they were out.
I have called this place 4 times and asked them to stop calling my doctor.
They are STILL calling my doctor for refills! I asked what I need to do to get them to stop calling my doctors.....they told me to call their corporate office!

This is the worst CVS ever. And that’s saying something. Every time I go there, they work at a snails pace, or they make me wait for a very long time, or they don’t listen to anything I’ve said, or they tell me there’s a national shortage of medication when they are the only ones who don’t have it. I wish it wasn’t the closest to my house. I get the sense that they are so miserable that they feel the need to make their customers, miserable, too.

I went a few days ago to ask for my medicine. Feeling physically bad, I told them that according to express scripts I should be able to have access to my medicine, however as soon as I asked, a pharmacist named Zach came to yell at me, with a very bad attitude he started to tell me: what do you want? and I told him my medicine and I asked him if I could call because they had told me what I had to do, he looked at me with a hateful face and said, DO YOU THINK I HAVE TIME FOR THAT? He left extremely upset and called and then started talking loudly to another woman who did not have her name on her uniform. I called the place myself to find out what was happening and they started yelling at each other on the phone or well they started yelling at the receptionist. who was on the phone with me. They showed zero professionalism, without any type of empathy, I told them that she was very sick and without medication and just wanted a solution and they didn't care and continued to be confused. I don't understand how someone like that can continue working in customer service, they have to deal with people who are sick, they should be more empathetic and if they don't like it, look for another job. I don't recommend that place at all, or at least the pharmacy is a complete disaster.

I wish to leave no star cuz I’ve never been to any kind of business where staffs were absolutely more rude than these place. The PHARMACY. Wow. They seemed annoyed and bothered to see ppl. The minute clinic nurse was at lunch presumably until 2:30pm waited until 2:40pm and there was no sign of anyone.
Is this CVS trying to go belly up?!!!

My experience at this CVS was a nice one, customer service was great and pleasant. My questions were politely answered. This location is always clean and bright. Thank you to the cvs staff and to the pharmacy staff as well.

Absolutely worst pharmacy customer service. Can be impossible to get anyone on the phone. Constantly short staffed and meds not ready when they are supposed to be. They also didn't have a vaccine when I showed up for my vaccine appointment.

This is by far the worst CVS I havve ever had to deal with. There are too many negative visits to take time to express. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Most of the staff is rude and don't listen to what you are saying.
