The front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. They need training on customer service and how to politely engage with patients. It reflects poorly on the doctor

I had a terrible experience there as a new patient, I absolutely agree with the previous comments regarding his wife’s behaviour. She didn’t have an ounce of professionalism, was rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate for the least to say. I would highly not recommend them.

I have seen Dr. Patel at both his Leesburg and Sterling locations for over 15 years now. His front office staff and nurses have been nothing but kind and helpful to me over many years and Dr. Patel himself has been great to work with.
