Earlier this week, I attempted to have the staff at this location purchase two pairs of shoes online that were not in store. Within an hour after leaving I noticed one pair was ordered in the wrong size through my email receipt. I requested assistance through customer service online, but they told me since the order was processing nothing could be done except return the shoes when they arrived. I was assured that the other pair of shoes were the correct size. Yesterday, I got both pairs and neither were in the correct size. Customer service has applied two discounts on my order, but that doesn't seem to make sense because I am going to return them for a full refund. I now either have the choice of driving 40 min out of my way to this location or pay $8.50 out of pocket for shipping to return them. This has been a very difficult experience, and I don't see myself shopping at DSW again in the future as a result

The store is clean, organized, etc. as any store should be. But I wanted to write this review to give recognition to a specific employee: Maria. Maria was an absolute angel. She was so kind and helpful. She offered to hold a pair of shoes for me until tomorrow (because I forgot my card) but I realized I had enough cash so I ended up purchasing anyways. She helped me set up an account and get a birthday discount. Maria is the best employee I’ve ever encountered while shopping at DSW.

Last week was my birthday and on Saturday I was invited to a fancy lunch to celebrate. Of course I wait until the day of to go find shoes I go to DSW as soon as the open on Saturday on the hunt. A few things to note, - Almost all of the footies boxes were empty. - Saturday morning is the best time to come shop. The store was a ghost town Anyways, I found some cute Steve Madden heels and I was able to use my coupon. Super stoked!! I will def return. The shoes were a success.
