Found quite a few items here today that have been looking for that were hard to find very easy to find them here reasonable prices great staff very helpful very knowledgeable they have a wonderful store here in the Leesburg Outlet Center very clean lots of friendly good stuff and a very good prices for very good quality items glad to see that they have an Eddie Bauer store out here at this outlet center we do highly recommend if you're looking for items for winter or summer or whenever give this store a try

The staff was very friendly. They had plenty of sales and options for things to buy. However, sizes were a bit limited. Maybe it was the transition to the fall arrangements they will sell, but that prevented me from buying something. The staff mentioned their website and also offered a coupon if I wanted to try that. Overall, still a decent visit and this is a store I would come to again.

Update JUNE 2021: Some prices and advertisements are confusing.Generally, compared to other brands, the quality of products and prices are not a match. Slightly overpriced.Old review: We visited the store in August and the staff were very nice. We are happy with the purchase and quality. There was a price error on the receipt that was fixed over the phone.

I lucked out this season. I usually shop at LL Bean and my experience with Bauer is sometimes the styles match my taste and sometimes not at all. This season, I really like the colors and got a new jacket and shirts with sophisticated colors/not standard. Staff helpful and OK value on sale.

Arrived at store. 3 employees working, no customers except me. Employees didn’t even acknowledge me. I pulled three items to try on from a rack of clearance pants and sign on the rack indicated they were all $9.99. I went to buy the pants and they said the pants were half off, not $9.99. I let them know the sign was misleading. I will not be back. I’ll go to Columbia a couple doors down.
