“I have always experienced very good service at this location. I took my husband's phone in for a minor repair and it was dealt with and back to me within a few days.”
“I had a fantastic experience here today. I stopped in with a few questions, and the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional in assisting me. It’s rare to find such excellent service these days, and I really appreciated them going above and beyond to help me out. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my future battery needs.”
“Took in my tablet in recently to replace the glass screen, and wasn't able to pick it up right away after repairs were completed. They were good enough to hold onto it, knowing my financial situation, for at least two months. I did have to check in, so they'd know I hadn't abandoned it, which I found to be an understandable condition. When I did finally pick it up, I had no issues with the finished product.
Further, I have used PC Mobile for tablet repairs over at least the past 6 years at the recommendation of a T-Mobile employee and have never had an issue with them. They know what they're doing, and have been fair with me from the start. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked for a good electronics repair business.”
“Jamie was so helpful and was able to find the problem quickly. His attitude was respectful and I would highly recommend him. If I have any further problems with my refrigerator, I will definitely ask for Jamie.”
