I would love to visit this phone repair shop. Unfortunately, the three times I've visited UBreakIFix, they have been closed, despite it's posted hours, and the fact that I've made an appointment. This is blatantly unprofessional

While my first experience with them was less than perfect, I recently got my phone back, and they did a good job. It was done in about 4 hours, and my screen is as good as new. Only problem I have is with organization, and miscommunication.”
