You used to be able to silence the ads at the pump. Now they blare ear-splittingly with no way to shut them up, and I have to walk 20 feet away for a tolerable experience while I gas up. I’m never filling my tank here again until they muzzle these terrible pumps.

Nothing wrong with the gas station.. I understand that working at a gas station isn’t the most glorious job but when you’re talking smack about a customer in Spanish in front of them IMO that isn’t very professional.

I joined their club with my phone and see no benefits from joining. Gas same price as others. Nothing special here.

Come here all the time since I live across the street. My only issue is the employees do not speak English very well, if at all sometimes. It has come to the point of such frustration I will drive out of my way so I don’t have to come here.There was a week or so where the entire outside complex smelled like “natural” gas. I would bring it up to the employees, a different one on different nights, and I would just get a blank stare or asked which pump number I was on. I understand language barriers, but I was not the only customer with concerns about the smell. Granted, I could’ve called on my behalf, but the point is I shouldn’t have to and I’m sure they didn’t realize they could’ve been in potential danger too.Just warning you too, if you like to use our Exxon//Mobil rewards card/points, their scanners don’t work for the barcode on the app. They can’t type your account number in, and when you ask if you can put your phone number in, which you can absolutely do at any other location, mind you, they, again, don’t know how to. I have lost a lot of reward points in the process, and being a smoker, I accumulate a lot! I don’t make much money at all so to watch it go down the drain kills me, no pun intended off the smoking either. Just properly train the staff please; they are sweet.

Half a tank was 67.50...I payed at the pump for a carwash 15$ when I tried to enter the wash it said out of order I went inside to tell the cashier and she said no refund it's good for 30 days. I explained I wouldn't be back in this area and I don't live around this area her response was no refund. How can you except money without delivering service. Worst gas station I ever dealt with. I wish I could give zero stars.
