The customer service at this station is horrible. I purchased an Ultimate car wash at the pump, the wash did not have a final rinse or spot free rinse cycle. The dryer came on while the vehicle was covered in soap. I went into the store and the gentleman working gave me an Express wash. I went through the wash again and the same thing happened.
This time when I pulled up to the store the cashier was outside smoking. I had him look at the soap still on the windscreen and the streaks on the body of the vehicle. I asked for a refund and he apathetically said he would have to call his manager. I assume he spoke with his manager. I was next told to come back Monday and talk to his manager. I informed him I was only here for a few hours and would be back in NY Monday. Still displaying his apathetic nature he said he did the best he could do, and repeatedly told me to come back Monday. I asked for the phone number for the store and he refused to give it to me. I was told I could find it on Google.

I’m not sure who the owner of this gas station is but you literally have the worst stuff that could ever exist. Never are they ever helpful in any capacity. I don’t even know why they want to work there because they don’t actually do anything.

These jokers have a lower price for gas on their sign... But when you turn in, it turns out that is for cash and there is an additional charge for credit, so the Sheetz across the street is cheaper.

Good prices. The store is old and it shows in spite of a facelift. Pumps are good. Nice video display to entertain you. There is a car wash.

Gas station itself is pretty dirty and sketchy, but oh boy the car wash. I got in and it barely cleaned my car and when the wheel washing brushes hit my car, the whole car started shaking side to side. If you just want a quick, poorly done, overpriced wash, this is your go to.

I ran my 6 month old car through their carwash and it destroyed my paint. The owner told me "if I was so particular about my car I shouldn't run it through his car wash" and that "its not a cut or scratch its just scratches in the wax." You don't want to go here.

I went inside to purchase some Advil because I had a headache. I gave the attendant $10 cash and remembered that I had my card on me and needed the $10 for something else. The attendant refused to cancel the transaction, and refused me a refund. I will not be visiting this Exxon ever again, and will advice my peers to do the same.

The owner whom i saw the first time just to i quire a clutch job on a Honda was very nice and made appointment for my friend at his other store with a great low price than any other. Thanks !
