My husband needed a safety and emissions test and was able to get in the same day. They told him his brakes could probably use replacing soon and we’re also able to get that taken care of with attention and detail and great customer service. Julian and his crew were great!!!

Took my car here for inspection and they verbally told me it needed front brakes, motor mounts and a brake light. The inspection report did not say anything about needing brakes. I replaced the motor mounts and found the right steering boot was torn and leaking and they said nothing about this. The brake pads still had plenty of life in them. Came back for a re-inspection and it was past the 15 days. Instead of informing me it was past 15 days prior to putting the car in the bay they drove it in, told me the brake light was still not working, then told me since it was past 15 days they would need to reinspect the entire vehicle and would be charging me for a full inspection. I was going to get an emissions inspection here as well and elected to go elsewhere. I have been taking my cars here for inspection for 10 years. It would seem the management/owners have changed and the service is not trustworthy.

I took my SUV in for an inspection and was told the emergency brake needed to be adjusted to pass. I agreed to the adjustment at a cost of $80. A few minutes later, the mechanic informed me that he broke the cable and now it would cost over $375 to replace it. Not feeling confident in their assessment, I decided to get a second opinion at another shop. The second mechanic told me the cable did not need replacing and was able to fix the issue for under $175 — and it passed inspection. I seriously question the integrity of Exxon after this experience.

They do Virginia state inspections on the weekend Saturday and Sunday hours. There is a line of forms directly in front of the gas tanks paralleling market Street but there’s a wonderful little bench. You can sit in the sun and wait and watch downtown Leesburg go by historic downtown Leesburg

I have been delighted with the services provided by B and other staff. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. B was efficient and knowledgeable, offered me shuttle service, and carefully explained the issues with my tire sensors.

Please do not come here to get any repairs done on your car. The dishonesty that came out of these young men's mouths were utterly repulsive. They quoted me $1,400 perform a simple repair. I knew of the falsehood that they were telling me so I left no more than 15 minutes on the road they called me back to give me another quote as if they were guilty of the first one that they gave me.
As a the side note. I didn't get his name, but the guy with the dark features and the long raggedy hair is very rude. He shouldn't be working in a place that deals with the public.

I can't say enough great things about Alex and David at Jock's Exxon. I pulled into the station at 8:30 this morning and promptly popped my tire running into the curb at the pumps (I hadn't had my coffee yet, lesson learned). I was panicking because I had an appointment in Manassas at noon that I could not miss. David immediately jumped in to help and Alex got me two new tires before my 11AM meeting at an incredibly reasonable cost. I have paid far more at some of the tire shops in town for far inferior product. Wonderful experience. Would recommend them to anyone!
