This restaurant opened with HUGE fanfare in January of 2024. Every Loudoun County, VA publication has a wonderful, feel good story about this establishment that would lead you to believe you were in for something very special. The restaurant experience is anything but special. As a matter of fact it is completely the opposite. Along with a number of friends, family members and fellow Lansdowne Woods neighbors, I have visited this establishment a number of times (as I live in Lansdowne Woods) since their opening. Extreme disappointment each time. Every meal has been WAY overcooked! Their "signature" burgers are well done, the roll is stale and dry, the waitstaff while extremely pleasant and friendly forget about you the minute your food is delivered. You have to chase them down for items that should be included as a matter of course. They do not check in on you during your meal to see how the meal is, etc. etc. The advertise one special and then Oooops, the Chef changed the menu. A couple of times their food tasted as if it were leftover from a previous service day. You will see 5 star ratings on other "apps," believe them not!! The food and service quality is 1 star at best but the PR, marketing and external "fluff" this restaurateur demonstrates is extremely well done. Growing up as a kid, we had a saying for this kind of thing...."big cut, no cheese." Do yourself a favor and take your dining dollars elsewhere as I will guarantee you will be as disappointed as I if you don't.

The entire experience was just awful. We visited for brunch, on a Sunday. Two people in our party. The restaurant is in a gated community. The guard told us to make a right at the stop and it'll be there; you can't miss it, he said. We missed it. He didn't mention you'll have to drive all around the building to get to the restaurant, which is inside a clubhouse. No one was around to greet us and seat us. The gentleman, who was the entertainment, actually said hello and welcome. Someone finally shows to seat us. There are only two other occupied tables at that time. The dining room is not a big place. We sat for over 30 minutes before one of the 7 waiters came over and asked for our order. No hello. I asked about one of the cocktails listed on the first page of the menu. He said they don't have a liquor license. I ordered a coffee and cream. The cream was one of those creamers that come in a plastic little shot. The menu prices would indicate real cream or milk would be an option. I guess not? The waiters wear black latex gloves, which is super weird, btw. We order the special: sea bass and grits. It took well over an hour to get our food. One of the dishes arrives and my girlfriend pulls out a long hair embedded in the grits. We flag down the waiter and he apologies. He brings a new dish and proceeds to explain that he spoke to the kitchen staff and the food runner and no one has long hair. ??? I'm not sure what he was implying, however we let him know (again) the hair was IN the grits, not ON the grits. The sea bass and sauce had good flavor, however the grits were gummy. No one ever came to check if we needed anything or to check on the food. The service is a hot mess. No one seems to know what they're doing. The owner was walking around, but obviously she's not managing the chaos. I didn't want to stick around for dessert. We had to flag someone down for the final check. Two hours later, we were ready to leave. Not recommended.

The restaurant had a very classy French vibe and the food was great. My favorite was the seasonal pasta. Service was quick and attentive.

So, after buying my email from a list, this place of business would not stop emailing me, but made sure to apologize that they would not stop, so that's something. So nice to receive an email, respond back with "remove this email" only to get three more emails. 1/10 for business practices.

Fleur De Cuisine helped us organize lunch for teachers work day. They have provided affordable prices for PTA budget. The food was smelling good as soon as arrived and tasted very well. We had chicken that was juicy and rich in flavor, seasoned rice, vegetarian stew, salad two dressings and desserts to feed all of our school staff. Everything was delicious and very nicely presented.
Ms. Natalie is great with communications and responds to phone call or email very fast. Thank you for your support! We will be defiantly coming back!

In a nutshell, working with Fleur de Cuisine for my wedding was an awesome experience! Natalie and Tiana led the charge and communicated often. They both had a wealth of knowledge and advice to share with me and my husband. Natalie was open about how everything with wedding catering worked and gave tons of ideas for how we could make favorite foods into things that would work for the wedding. On the topic of the food, everything tasted awesome and was so well prepared! Alec (my husband) and I didn't have to worry about anything food related the day of the wedding and it took so much stress away.As an aside talking about stress; we found out at the last minute there was no bridal suite or groom suite. Natalie and one of partners Shaday not only got us a bridal/groom tent they arranged it and had it set up the night before the wedding! Talk about crisis management and last minute work to make our day special!I highly recommend Fleur de Cuisine; it was great to work with them. Thank you all so much!!!

We had Lolie caterer our banquet. What an amazing job her and her staff did. From decorating to the taste of the food. Everything was top notch. The food was fresh, hot and tasted amazing. Everything seasoned well. The chicken breast we had was moist and not dry. We had a casino theme and her decorator out did herself. I would highly recommend her for any catered event. She definitely is hands on to make sure everything goes smoothly.

As the emcee of a fundraiser gala at the Waterford Pearl, I was blown away by the beautiful hors douvres presentation by Fleur de Cuisine! Not only was the display incredible, but every bite was delicious from crabcakes to baked Brie, to empanadas and paella- absolutely fantastic. It doesn't stop there, such original presentation and creative dishes, (like adorable mini root beer floats!!) were a show stopper!Highly recommend them for your next event!

Fleur de Cuisine made my Abuela’s 100 birthday celebration one to remember. From the savory mini crab cakes to the shrimp and chicken guiso. The yellow rice with gandules was abuelas favorite side dish. Everyone raved about the beef empanadas and macaroni balls. Thank you so much for making my abuelas celebration one to remember! Mil gracias chef Ramos and her kind staff.
