I just want to say how much I love and admire the leadership at this location. I’m a regular with this company and followed KD from Reston to leesburg. Today I stopped in to see the new Floorset that she told me would be done this week and as always it looks amazing and we chatted and she asked if I could leave a review. She felt discouraged because she said all they ever get is bad reviews and never good ones. Well I’m here to say she always works with a smile and never not doing something. I’ve witness her handle some tough situations with grace even while getting yelled at or cursed at. Her great customer service skills have spread to her staff and I never have a bad experience. Even today while chatting she still assisted with others. I’m here to say keep up the wonderful work KD and team. The company needs to know how great you guys truly are.

Very rude staff - especially the one who is “in charge”. I watched her talk down to other customers and then to me. She told me they have a 21 day return policy and didn’t want to do a return for an order that arrived on the 5th. It is the 26th… this is the second time I’ve been in the store when she was there and she was rude then, too. So it’s not like she was “having a bad day”.

Very rude staff. I felt I was treated differently which came across as discriminatory. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I hope management seriously looks into the conduct of their team and takes steps to ensure all customers are treated equally and with dignity

I brought my daughter in for some birthday shopping and these people made my little lady feel like a celebrity. You can’t put a price on service like this. The store was clean and beautiful. And we did a ton of shopping for a very affordable price. Me and my baby will definitely be back. Thank you amazing ladies for going the extra mile. It did not go unnoticed
