We came in during the snow on 15 January 2024.They didn't have the item we needed. We went ahead and purchased our ice melt and a shovel anyway and the racist a$$, old lady employee at self check out wouldn't leave my husband and me alone. We had 3 damn items. We scanned them. Then I went and got a water and my husband scanned that as well but she watched my hand with the water like a dog watches a tennis ball. She was starring so hard my husband offered her the scanner and asked her if she wanted to ring up our items to which she replied: No. She continued over us so heavily that my husband stopped and just looked at her to see if she wanted something. She opens her jacket to reveal her apron and said: I work here. No SHXT but while you're so busy harassing us someone was probably actually stealing or needing help. She stood there with her hand on our shopping cart like we were going to run out with 2 containers of ice melt and a shovel. She watched my husband insert his card, type his pin ,and our phone number so intently that when I spoke to remind my husband to use our phone number for our military discount SHE responds to me that he did. I never responded to her, because I could tell she was trying to get us to cause a scene. Nope. You're not going to get a reaction out of me but this Home Depot location won't be getting our money either. It's amazing how there were so many people up there checking out but she felt the need to harass the Black woman with the Hispanic husband and practically escort us out of the store. Disgusting behavior.

Fantastic experience in Home depot in Leesburg. I need help with my project and one employee his name was Stephan, has go to home and he stay with me around 2 hours and help me. Another guys which was great and helpful Tim, he cut the wood for me and Warren help with screws. Big thanks.

Sometimes the workers know what I want and can help--more often they do not. This is not why I'm giving a low-starred review.I bought a Bosch dishwasher and paid for installation. The installation was faulty, but in such a way that the problem (door popping open during the cycle) wasn't apparent until a few months later. The repairman confirmed that this was an installation issue, and I had to pay for it, but Home Depot and their installer said it wasn't their responsibility because I'd passed the 48-hour mark. I will think twice before ordering appliances from HD because of this issue.

Home Depots vary a lot by location. This is a very good one. I've been coming here for 9 years. They don't have as much selection as the local Lowes, which is the size of a small town. But this is rarely an issue. The staff here in Leesburg are friendly and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they will likely not rest until they find you someone who does know the answer. I also suggest using the Home Depot app. It's very helpful.

I had a fine experience this Home Depot. They have a good selection of tools, building supplies, and lumber. Pretty standard Home Depot. Had a good chat with several of the employees. They were kind and helpful. One employee help me get this foam pad from the top of the rack (see photo). They also have some rental vehicles available.

So in reference of costumer service from Edgar at lumber departmentHe's so rude I asked him out from veranda rails and get an actitud with care less, right after leader manager show with seconds after try to helping me out for what I was asking before ! Also this guys was really unknown what he was taking about! So disappointing again so much business to Home Depot for getting , at none sene actitud from líber department including and old guy with white hair ?

I love this Home Depot. It’s mostly like any other Home Depot but the staff is friendly. They always have what I need and unlike competitors, I never have any problems here.

Has the general home depot problem of 5% of the employees know everything and the other 95% couldn't find the floor without thier help. Plus it seems like whenever I'm looking for something it's 10% cheaper at Lowes.

Home Depot delivered and installed a new dishwasher. The bypassed the air gap required by county code. Installers returned to my house and insisted that it is installed correctly, that if they connected to the air gap water would shoot out of it. Beware that "installers" are simply delivery people. They are not professionals and do not have the training. Calling the Home Depot appliance team wasn't helpful. They referred me to the delivery/installation company and they don't see a problem. I'll fix it myself but wanted to document this poor quality installation for others. Will also be following up with the MD state board of plumbing. There could be thousands of misinstalled appliances. The issue here is safety, the air gap prevents dirty drain water from backing up into the dishwasher. Will also be following up with the manufacturer. Maybe they could put some pressure on a major retailer like Home Depot to do a better job. It's too bad that Home Depot is using poorly trained delivery people to install appliances.

I ordered Anderson windows, but the salespeople here clearly lack experience in configuring window options so 4 out of 5 windows were incorrect. When I asked them to rectify the issue, they don't respond. Apparently since you pay at time of order, they don't care what happens afterwards. I've ordered dozens of windows from other Home Depots without issues.
