I had a very unpleasant experience at the Boss store due to the way I was treated by the store manager, Lody. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, displaying an abrasive attitude and personality. In contrast, the other staff members were very nice, friendly, and professional. It is disappointing that BOSS has such low standards for hiring store managers, as Lody is certainly not qualified for the role. I believe her behavior could result in a loss of customers and revenue for the company.

I have waited at the counter for the return but no one took care of it even though the are not busy.
Only one person is operating the counter system login. I waited like 20 minutes to return my item.

They have the worst returns policy. I got a gift and am just trying to exchange it for the size. It was also bought from another Boss Outlet store. Unfortunately I don’t have the receipt, but I have the credit card details. Came a loooooong way for nothing. The staff sucked, are snubby and not willing to help you. DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THIS STORE.

I came to return a blouse that i bought and the costumer service rep made me feel like if i was committing a crime. Then rudely he gave me the two options either you change it with something else or you get store credit, so then I decided to be the bigger brother and exchange it for something else and got it going but when I was leaving he throw some words. I would stay away from this place and would never buy from them again. If there is less than one star, I would give it.

I came to return a suite because sales man packed a wrong matching suit (jacket is 42R and Pant is 40R) I came to return it because of this. Manager Called Steve told me they can’t return it because the size of the jacket and pants is different. I was like what????? Thats the reason why I’m returning this, if you read the return eligibility statement on the receipt it says nothing about this, I even called customer service and they told me he shouldn’t do that buy there is nothing they can do. If you ever trying to buy anything from here please watch out because Steve says “if you walk out from the store you’re on your own”.

A nice store, helpful and polite store associatesEven for an outlet store, still their prices are still high, but the quality of dresses, shirts, and jackets are good and tailored well.

Dont buy from boss store , just in case you want return , they just give store credit , i bought something from there next day want to return it as the person i give it to didnt fit , they dont tell you in the begining it will be store credit ,till you return it .Iam not shopping from there anymore
