Gaby and Allyson provided amazing customer service! I was looking for some Mothers Day options and Gaby was incredible -- she retrieved so many different bags for me from around the store and also inventory in the back -- she was so helpful, intuitive, and so friendly. She's clearly a rock star on that team! Allyson rang me up and was also extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Thank you for making Mothers Day great!

One specific employee in the clearance section today can improve her behavior. All you can hear was her complaining about her mood and at the same time not giving customers the space they deserve.

The store has always been clean and well-stocked when I come in. And the associates are always friendly/helpful. I bought a purse this weekend and the associate (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, she was very helpful!) tried to find me another color online for quite a while. Unfortunately the purse didn’t work out so I went back today to return it and couldn’t find my emailed receipt. I combed my email and don’t think I ever received it. The associate, Wendy, was very kind and was able to process my refund a different way. I was very happy with the service I received!

Jockey is no longer making the RealFit brassier, which is a huge problem, especially since it is a trademarked product!!!!!

I was told that I could not bring my single stroller inside the store "due to square footage". I have been in many Kate Spade stores, some even smaller, and never had an issue with my stroller. I had to pick up my child (who cannot walk) and carry her through the store.

I drive 2 hours to this store about every other month since it is (or was) my choice outlet. Typically all staff is welcoming and friendly, but today I experienced much different. As I entered a male associate was straightening the front handbags. I took a few steps and he looked at me and turned right around without any smile or hello, and walked away. I then browse and go past the cashier whom looks at me and no acknowledgement. I make my way to the back of the store when a third woman comes out of the back and walks straight to the register area. Not one time did any of them alert me of the 60+20% sale, give a smile, say are you finding everything alright, or say this is the deal of the day. I usually get all of that. I hope they don't work on commission as I typically spend $800+ per visit. All I can say is appalling customer service. When there is only one customer in the store, surely they're not too busy.
