Great experience at LabCorp Leesburg. Vivienne was awesome - I have difficult veins and she was successful on the first draw, no pain either. And she has a great sense of humor to distract you from the needles. I also had a great experience with Megan on a previous visit. Highly recommend LabCorp - ask for Vivienne or Megan.

I came in as a walk-in and within five minutes had my test done. Vivian was very friendly and attentive, it was such an easy process.

I took my daughter months ago.Front desk was quick but they missed some of test the doctor had order. My daughter at the time was 1.5 years old, she had to get bloodwork done. the Phlebotomist was training I believe she poked my daughter so many times because she kept moving she had what I believe to be the head phlebotomist there and they poke her with the same needle twice my mom got so upset she yelled at them they apologized and said they just wanted to do there job. we walked out so upset that whole thing could have ended horribly. Definitely keep your eyes on them and make sure they use a new needle every time. They we’re so careless from the front desk to the phlebotomist.

The white woman at the desk stares at her paperwork or screen while calling names of patients, some with hearing aids. She continues to say names without looking or pointing her face towards the opening of the glass. Eman came from the back to front desk to hurry things up and spoke loudly & clearly to call patients. She was kind & looked at patient faces and asked how they were. She & the supervisor, who was my phlebotomist, were great. I agree with the older posts of the front desk clerk & her need to not work with patients.

“Opens at 7:00” but the workers don’t show up until 7:45.

Very rude and nasty. If you don’t like working here then please leave rather than making patients feel dumb. The lady Megan was very rude even though I was being really nice. She ignored me several times while I was asking questions and gave me a look as if I’m really dumb. I’ve worked at a medical environment before and i understand it can get a little rough sometimes but no need to be rude and nasty towards the patients. This is my third time coming here and leaving disappointed.
We definitely need better people working here.

Couldn't have asked for a better lab experience. I needed to do a workup and came in just shy of 11am on a Tuesday. I barely sat down before they called me up and immediately got me in to get my labs done. The staff were super friendly, considerate, and went out of their way to make my experience great!

Awful! Went in with an 11:45 appointment today, and 40 minutes later still not seen. The two women behind the counter were inconsiderate, slow, and oblivious to how long I had been waiting. Since I had another appointment at 12:30 I had to walk out. Very poor way to treat patrons and an awful way to run a lab.

Staff was very friendly and nice, came in as a walk in and my wait time was very short! Fridays and Mondays will be the busiest, go anytime in the middle of the week

Walked in on a weekday afternoon - fairly easy, quick and efficient process with only 3 people ahead of me and that went by very quickly. I was referred to come here by my PCP because my PCP didn’t provide blood drawing at their office at the time. Easy check in, blood drawing and checking out. Only issue was that I was told to pay a copay + for the bloodwork which I was confused about but paid anyways. Come to find out later after speaking with my insurance company that I should not have paid anything because my insurance would cover it completely. so now I will have to call back and do the whole dance of explaining and asking for a refund and so on and so forth. But other than that - the whole visit was about 10-15 minutes.

Writing this review for Labcorp in Leeburg, VA
My 8 yrs daughter had some rashes after travel and to check the reason her pediatric referred to labcorp for food and environmental allergy test.
The process to take the blood went fine at labcorp with my daughter anxiety and crying as it was her 1st blood test. But the main thing for which I visited labcorp to get the allergy test they didn't performed food allergy and only performed environmental test even though our pediatric asked for both test.
When I called labcorp customer care to check when my results would be available, they said they can't know the status and cannot tell me the result. I told them I just need to know the status of food allergy test and not the actual result which I can discuss with my doctor they didnt had any updates for me.
When I checked with our pediatric for which they had to call labcorp they said even though on the order it was mentioned to conduct food and environmental test they still had to check some thing on the form which has some code on it. My doctor said for years they are following the same process and no other code was needed to be checked.
My only thing is if the labcorp wanted after seeing request for food allergy test they could have called doctor to confirm instead of not doing the test. I have paid my full copay of $100 just to know that what causing allergy in my daughter and not getting that result itself despite of request from my doctor is not a good processing from labcorp. If i want to know again on food allergy, I have to again go to labcorp with my daughter to give the blood sample and again causing her trauma of getting needle. Plus again I will have to pay my copay for that.
Labcorp blood testing need to be streamlined and their customer care needs to be more aware of the status even though if they dont want to share the results.

Lab techs are great at what they're supposed to do, poke you with a needle. But their intake process is horrible. I had an appointment yesterday. They had no record of my appointment, despite me showing them the text reminder. My requesting provider was out of state, so they had no records of their info. So I have to fax my doctor the results, which they could do also, but somehow can't? It was confusing; just go to INova off 7, they're much more organized.

Viviane drew my blood. It was my first time and I started bawling as soon as I sat down. I was greeted with kindness and support. She made the process easy and pain free. This is my #1 biggest fear I thought I was dying. I made it through with the help of Viviane and it wasn’t a bad experience
