I have given this salon so many chances but it seems like it’s just not a good, friendly place. Anything other than a simple color or sometimes french is not their specialty, they could not do something as simple as lined up dots for me. I gave up trying to kindly explain to the lady (I showed her a picture as well) how I want it & ended up leaving the salon with just one finger of it done & super unhappy, on top of that I had asked for 3 different colors & she completely disregarded it & continued with the pink she had picked out. I believe I should have spoken up but at places like this where they don’t make you feel welcome or comfortable at, all it is difficult.

Great service! I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to get started on my nails. I love that all of their gel polishes have the matching nail polish for my pedicures.

can’t believe i payed $50 dollars for this. there’s gel on the skin of several of my fingertips that i can’t clean off. also they never have the exact color i’m looking for.

I called and ask if they did gel nail extensions and they said yes. When I got there, the lady started working on my nails and then pulled out a box of plastic glue on tips. I said no I don’t want those, I was told you all do gel extensions. This lady handed me off to the manager who did a halfway job. She filed down what I already had and only put a nail form on one nail which did not turn out well. I had to practically beg to get gel extensions, then the lady only put a nail form on one of my nails which had broken. I would not recommend this place. I had asked for long nails, and I got medium length nails because she did not want to take the time or for whatever reason she wouldn’t put the nail forms on the rest of my nails to make them longer. She only did my pinky with a nail form because it had broken.Service: Manicure

Rushed service just because the lady wanted to work on her regular (a family of four) very rude and and said jelly gel wouldn’t look good on your dark skin. I asked for short nails 3 times and she still created claws. NEVER AGAIN! Just made me feel unwelcome.Service: Gel manicures

Spontaneous visit with daughter. Mani/pedi with regular polish. Freshly painted and clean atmosphere. Prompt service. I felt my tech was rough and not careful cleaning cuticles. Three layers of polish applied. Flip flops were not offered and declined for my daughter despite multiple requests. Reasonable pricing. Cash tip. Do not plan to visit again.

The rudest nail shop in NOVA! My wife went in today and was so upset. Was rushed on picking colors, worker was yelling and rude and did terrible job. Was not even busy so don't understand why she was racing to be done. Do not spend your money at this shop as there are others that treat you with respect. Will never go back!
