Shady and unprofessional. I setup an appointment the day before with Mike to see a car only to be told on arrival that it was on its way, and that I will be a little bit. 25 minutes later, I was told the car is having a new transmission installed and it would be several days before it’s ready. I drove from Annapolis to Leesburg to experience complete sales incompetence. Potential buyers be warned.
