The gave my floor Mats to another truck on 10/27 and I still have no resolution. One manager offered me cash and the next day they said they don't do that. My truck mats are discontinued

Brought my car for for interior/exterior wash. They did a decent job on the inside and tires. The outside was barely dried and had water marks all over.
