Don't go to this store!!! I am a loyal Levi’s customer, and I was shopped almost in all stores included the outlet stores and genuine stores in Virginia, Maryland or DC area. Every time I went to any store, I can get smiling and professional service, but today's experience can be summarized as: the store salesperson is unreasonable, unqualified, has no service and professional knowledge, has no interest and skills to communicate effectively with customers, etc.! Therefore, I do not recommend this store at all! Of course, the most important thing is: Tanis, who claims to be the store manager, is the culprit of all this! So, I would like to ask the relevant managers: What are the qualifications of your store manager? How can such a person be hired as a store manager!

Selection is okay-ish. Horribly rude manager. I've never seen an adult huff and puff or snap at a customer just for having to do their job and input a code in a cash register. I feel sorry for the staff. If that's how a manager will treat a customer, I can only guess how they treat their employees. Will not return.

A very nice store they have a very large selection of shirts jeans jean jackets and other apparel it's very clean very organized store very helpful staff if you're not able to find what you're exactly looking for here they're able to do some special orders for anything related to Levi's brands they have dressing rooms available now and that are open was able to find several items today that I've been looking for some other family members found some items too this is a good good place for adults and teens and Levi's is always been a very good pair of jeans they make very nice shirts and jean jackets as well and other items they've been doing this for a long time and these outlet stores they have this one here in Leesburg is a very good one we do highly recommend

It has a solid selection and some great deals. When I was there it had a buy one get one free deal made the prices very reasonable.
