I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this jewelry store compels me to warn potential customers. Shortly after purchasing a necklace from this location, I discovered it was defective the moment I brought it home. Expecting a reputable establishment to stand behind its products, I returned to the store seeking an exchange or resolution.
To my disappointment, I was met with complete disregard and an unprofessional attitude from both management and staff. Rather than addressing the issue responsibly, they chose to be dismissive and even laughed throughout the interaction,,, behavior entirely unbecoming of any business that claims to value its customers.
I ultimately left the defective necklace with them out of sheer frustration. This experience has shown me that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. With the holidays around the corner, I’d caution anyone seeking to buy anything from this Leesburg location. I’m very disappointed in the manager’s handling of this straightforward issue.

I went to this location a few days ago, and my friends told me I should get my second lobe piercing so I went in. My experience was phenomenal and the staff were kind and friendly. My piercer Saide C, was encouraging and charismatic, making it a memorable experience. The process itself was quick and flawless, she put time and effort into placing my piercing and ensuring it was something that I would be happy with. Not only this but I have always struggled with my piercings getting infected within a few days (even the ones that have been there for years) resulting in me giving up and them closing, this piercing has been a smooth ride and no infection. I assume this is due to the care they put into ensuring all the tools are clean and sanitized. Talking pricing, it was affordable with expensive quality, you only had to pay for the jewelry and not the service, which was a refreshing change to previous piercers who charge an arm and a leg, it also came with its own cleaning solution. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place! I will be going back for future spree of the moment decisions.

I would give a zero star rating but its not available. Person in store kept rushing people out even when store was closing 30 mins later. Store is very confusing

Worst behaviour, never going back.
I was in their Leesburg store and bought 6 pieces @ $98 at 5:30pm on Aug 2nd and when I got home I noticed two pieces the expensive one ($22 per piece ) were missing. They didn’t pack all 6 but only 4 pieces, when I called their store they said they can’t help me. I said do they share the cctv footage, they said yes and they hung up on me.
I tried calling them several times from my number. As my friend’s, they didn’t answer.
I would appreciate if they can respond, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Absolutely OBSESSED with My New Piercing
Let me just say if you’re thinking about getting your ears pierced, RUN (don’t walk) to Saide! I had the most amazing experience and I truly can’t stop staring at my ears. From start to finish, Saide was professional, gentle, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can tell she takes her craft seriously, and the results speak for themselves.
First off, the environment was so clean and calming. I was a little nervous going in (as anyone would be when a needle is involved), but Saide instantly made me feel comfortable. She took her time explaining everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was fully at ease before beginning. Her energy is everything warm, confident, and precise.
She walked me through aftercare in a way that didn’t feel rushed or like a sales pitch it felt like she really wanted me to have the best healing experience possible. And let me tell you: barely any swelling, zero complications, and they’re healing like a dream. 10/10 experience.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write negative reviews, but the experience we had at Lovisa at the Leesburg Outlets on June 5th, 2025 was absolutely unacceptable and infuriating.
Earlier in the day, we made a large purchase nearly $300 worth of jewelry, and were told by the guy at the register that he couldn’t give us a receipt because they were “out of paper.” He didn’t offer an email receipt either, which already felt sketchy and unprofessional.
We came back later because my mom changed her mind about two pairs of earrings. The manager was on the phone when we arrived and completely ignored us telling us to “wait” before walking off, still on the phone and laughing, for over 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the same guy who helped us earlier suddenly tells us we can't return earrings. No one told us that before. And guess what we never even got a receipt to be able to verify anything.
When the manager who was a black young lady finally got off the phone only because she saw we were visibly upset she came over with an attitude like we were the problem. She talked down to us, refused to help, and basically acted like we were an inconvenience. My mom, whose first language isn’t English, calmly mentioned she had shopped there before and just wanted to return two items and with the nastiest, most condescending tone, the manager responded, “Well, you should know our store policy then.”
This was beyond rude it was disgusting. I work in the customer service industry myself and I would never treat someone this way. The manager’s behavior was not only unprofessional it felt intentionally nasty. She was dismissive, passive-aggressive, and seemed to enjoy the fact that we were upset.
This is hands down one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. For a store to treat loyal paying customers this way, especially when language barriers are being used against them, is shameful. Lovisa needs to seriously reconsider who they’re charge and maybe train their employees on basic customer service, communication, and common decency.
Do better
