I have visited a few mattress stores and online options and this store was my best bet. I appreciated the time Shawn took to make sure I found the right fit. I visited this store a few times to test a few brands under different scenarios. Shawn was very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful in finalizing my decision. If you need a new mattress and are in the area, this place is your best place to get started.

Martin was great! He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He helped us determine what mattresses were a good fit for us and our situation. We are in the midst of a cross country move and he worked out the details effortlessly.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mattress Firm at Leesburg. Shawn the sleep expert that we worked with was able to answer all our questions, and to provide a great customer service in general. We never felt pressure into buying anything, even after testing several mattresses in the store. We will consider Mattress Firm at Leesburg location again for out next mattress purchase.

My boyfriend and I came looking for a bed and we were very lucky to come on the only day that minoo was working and she is the best sales person that I have ever encountered. She took care of us fast and all the while helping another family. She was so nice, helpful and had great energy. We love our final decision and she gave us the best service.

Minoo was fantastic and explained the whole process of how I need to choose the correct bed and firmness for my body. She was extremely thorough and Im really glad I didn’t buy a “bed in a box” especially without trying it out in person.Highly highly recommend having her help you choose the perfect mattress for you!

We met Minoo at the sterling location and loved her so much, we ended up going to Leesburg to buy our mattress with her (since she was just helping out at sterling). She was passionate, informative, and engaging. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into anything except finding the right mattress for me, which I ultimately did. Shawn spent a lot of time with us to evaluate our needs and help us pick out the right mattresses for us. Minoo was amazing!We came in with our hearts set on a mattress we found online but Minoo helped us pick the perfect mattress.She is very familiar with the selections and brands, and truly wants to make sure you leave happy with your decision.Minoo made the process stress free, and helped us get our new bed within 48 hours.After our first night in our new bed, I wish beds weren’t as pricy and we needed more. Minoo is amazing!
