Had an amazing experience today finding the right purse and wallet as I was treating myself to my birthday. It was my first time visiting and the staff were very welcoming and showed me the area of the products I was looking for. I'll be sure to visit again in the near future.

I came in to shop for a mother's day gift. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. However, it got to a point where I felt overwhelmed from the abundance of help. My suggestion is to offer your help and/or suggestions and allow the customer some space to make their own decisions. Goodness!
