Very bad customer service. The store has a crew they make you feel unwelcome and they get annoyed when start trying multiple items. The cashier is the worse. A male cashier treats us as if he is paying for the items. We had a discount coupon but refused to take it saying that he already entered the items. Not me or any one I know would think of visiting the place again

I was just at this store today hoping to exchange the size of the sandals my husband had gotten for me, when Maria (supervisor or manager) said she couldn’t proceed because it didn’t have a tag, in a very rude and disrespectful way. So I leave the store, call my husband and asked if he had the tag, he said they didn’t have a tag so the cashier had him get a different size to scan it and put it back. So I return to the store and explain to Maria what my husband told me and she was even more disrespectful, rude and nonprofessional towards me saying it was impossible that the sandals didn’t have a tag, and I was nothing but respectful and patient. Not happy with the costumer service!!! Terrible experience the way she spoke to me in front of people and employees.

Store was well kept. Maria was super helpful. I'm a XL Guy so when told her I needed something with a couple xx's she went to the back and found what I asked for. Great shopping experience.

They have a lot of coats, underclothes and shirts - where are the pants/bottoms. It was crowded with stuff so shopping was difficult.Also the staff got distracted talking to each other like they weren't helping guest. It was crazy. I bought 1 item and got out of there and probably wouldn't return.

It is my favorite brand for its textile quality, its cotton mixed with polyester, its prints and all its styles. They have very good designs and for all ages. Their high-level tennis lines and designs.

Came on black Friday and Wanted to get some dress shirts but was told that the coupon code on the coupon book from the outlet service center is not applicable. A little disappointed. The quality of clothing is good.
