The checkout staff are engaging and friendly. No one bothering you, but that makes it a bit of a free-for-all, especially in the shoe section. Shoes are all over the place on the back wall, with very little room to move around (and that's where most of the customers are). Really good prices (for Nike) and they offer a military or veterans discount. If you don't mind a little chaos, this is a good place to find shoes at a deal.

I couldn't see any nice shoes for both men and women during this visit. There were old and leftover models in the clearance section and the prices were high. I wasn't very pleased this time.

Never enough cashiers !! I have been in retail more than 25 yrs. If there are more than 3 people in line we would stop folding clothing and help out. No awareness or sense of urgency. Stood in line for 25 min

Very slow staff, had to wait almost 30 min for 4 customers to be cleared. Guys at the counter were just looking around rather than clearing customers

If you have to do a return and get stuck working with Vanessa good luck. 0 customer service skills, super rude, super slow in completing a simple return, tries to give you issues for no reason. Absolutely horrible. And honestly overall the customer service here is terrible.
