This time, a wonderful employee named Kevin went up and beyond and assisted me and placed 2 heavy paint cans into my car. He didn’t know I am recovering from back surgery, but the fact that he offered to assist me (unprompted) really made my day. This small gesture is the reason we will continue to be loyal customers.”
“Asst. Store Manager John Lahmann is FANTASTIC! I came in there determined to find a stain color for stairs that would match our wooden floor without a clue as to how to find a color that would replace the ugly redish hue we ended up with (home project SNAFU). John spent tons of time with me, doing his best to reconstruct the wood type with a sample he had on hand, and then showing me how different stains would turn out on his sample. He was so patient and willing to work with me to find the right color. I was so impressed by his attentiveness!”

“I’m not going to say what I think about Sherwin-Williams quality of products because I would be stating the obvious. However, I’ll speak about my customer service experience here at this particular store and what wonderful and caring people work here, specifically Gandi (I apologize if I misspelled!). I screwed up and bought the wrong color in 5 gallons. Knowing they can’t take back the mixed paint I went back to store hoping I would get some help…. I gotta tell you this dude went above and beyond to help us. He tried everything he could and we finally left the store happily with a very fair situation. We need more people like Gandi in every business!

“We needed paint for touch ups and the 3rd party Evolution told me the flat premium paint was no longer carried. I bought vinyl but that disn’t work so decided to visit the actual Benjamin Moore store in Leesburg and they were a lot of help. First they advised nothing else in that line would work (confimed flat was no longe sold) and suggested another brand that they would mix (lesser cost) and sugested trying that or mixing it with the old flat and see if that would work. Great suggestions and I was given a discount using the vendor who was regitered at the store.”
