Past review was part of a promotion and we won :) There is a root cause for the issues at this school. They've lost a ton of really good teachers and even a few directors in the short time they've been open. The attitude endured here is not worth it. All they have going for them is the location, new facility and competitive rates...but if you want more than simple babysitters, look elsewhere. Other reviews have touched on the root problem; and I expect a snippy reply to this review as well. Our son went from recovering from the transition to this new school, to really enjoying it, to becoming a mess. They completely undid what a former, phonomenal teacher was able to do. All I'm saying is there are many options in this area...a 10 min drive may be worth your child's happiness.

Best daycare center we have experienced. As a former military family, we have experienced all types of care at various locations, and nothing compares to our experience at Primrose. The staff, particularly the franchise owner is extremely invested in our children and I never worry about my child when he is in their care. The Primrose standards for academics are beyond my expectations and my children are given a wonderful academic as well as play experience. I recommend Primrose at Leesburg PS wholeheartedly!

We toured many daycares when the time came to decide on the right one for our son. In the end, the decision was clear and easy. Primrose Leesburg stood out as the top choice because of the brand new facility (think safety standards), the amazing outdoor play area, and the wonderfully balanced curriculum. As every parent, we were nervous to hand over the care of our son but he loves going to Primrose Leesburg! This really is the most important measure to us. Sure, there has been quite some turnover in the pursuit of finding the right leadership team, but in the end, we have peace of mind knowing that everyone at Primrose Leesburg knows, loves, and cares for our son.

We loved Primrose school, we moved back to Leesburg after 2 years and looked for a day care for my toddler. Primrose school staff and teachers make the transition for my family easy. Imagine a 3 years old changing school, home, state and me changing job , traveling between states how stressful that is. Thank you to accommodate our need for Preschool drop off, potty training etc...

We love Primrose. Our experience with Primrose has been very positive. Ms Denise, the owner, is always there and she is very friendly and welcoming with her interactions with both the kids and families. Our son started when he was 2 years old and all of his teachers have been extremely caring, loving and excellent since then. He loves Ms Heba, Ms Sunita and Ms Manju very much. All the activities are communicated through the Procare app so we can follow what the kids have been doing during the day. They provide healthy snacks and lunches prepared by the chef daily. Highly recommend it, we have been very happy here!

Our son was at this daycare for about 6 months. We had to move him due to work but it was the first daycare he ever went to. Now that he is in a new daycare I have something to compare Leesburg Primrose to. My goal is to give parents an honest/helpful review and to give helpful suggestions to Leesburg Primrose. Overall, the staff was very sweet and kind to my son. I have no doubt that they love what they do. There were a lot of changes with teachers in the room but they normally communicated these changes through the Procare app. At Leesburg primrose we were not allowed in the rooms which was not communicated before signing up (even if I took my shoes off) which I think was very hard on our son. He cried at drop off almost every day. (At his new daycare he has never cried and we are always able to walk into his room at drop off and pick up which I think makes a huge difference). My biggest issue with Leesburg primrose was the lack of update photos sent of my son. My son was in daycare all week when I was working (8am/9am-5/6pm) and some days we received minimal photos of him and quite often 0 photos of him. When this was brought up to the front desk (Ms.Teresa, before Ms.Amy arrived) she brushed my husband off. Unfortunately as new parents, and new to the daycare life, we assumed we were being "difficult" parents and thought it was normal to be treated this was. This was very upsetting as parents that work all week and were concerned about our child (under 2years old) adapting to daycare life especially when our child cannot communicate with us. Ms.Denise, Ms.Amy, Ms.Kristen, and Ms.Lilliam were all very sweet and kind to our son and respectful to us as parents. If we had verbalized our concerns after our incident of initially being shut down when asking about photo updates I wonder if our experience would have been different. None the less, I know the teachers are kind and loving but I wanted to transparently share our experience.

Avoid this daycare if you can! Definitely not worth the price; food is not what they advertised (organic and fresh) canned vegetables and fruits, or catering from Walmart.Turn over at this place is crazy! Every single day a different teacher! You can tell how unprofessional this place is after meeting the owner, Denise!

A friend recommended Primrose to us, and when this location opened last year near us, our choice was an easy one. But nearly a year and half later, we are happy to say that our experience with Primrose has been extremely positive, and our choice would have been the same had there been other nearby options. The leadership and staff have been very professional, dedicated, caring, and empathetic. Ms. Denise, the owner is very present in the daily running of the place. She is so welcoming and her interactions with the kids are heart-warming. Our son's teachers have been excellent (Ms. Noureen and Ms. Chelsea in preschool, Ms. Sasha and Ms. Amaia in pre-K). The facilities are new and he loves the playground!!!! He has grown and thrived so much since his early jittery days. We were initially concerned that he would struggle away from the family confine given his very timid and idiosyncratic tendencies, but the fact that he now wakes up every morning expressing his eagerness to go to school is a testament to the nurturing and thriving environment Primrose has provided for him. Being a picky eater, the staff has gone the extra mile within the school's guidelines to help him on that front. Primrose's curriculum is very engaging and diversified, providing a good platform for Kindergarten's readiness. The school provides 3 assessments through the renaissance star early literary test, and uses this to provide valuable feedback to families using parents' conferences. We can't recommend enough Primrose, and will miss it when our son leaves for Kindergarten this fall.

We have been very pleased with the teachers and staff at Primrose Potomac Station. Everyone is very pleasant and they do lots of cool crafts with the kids. My son has learned social skills and so many new words. I would highly recommend this facility to any parent!

Our son has been attending Primrose since he was 9 months old. He is now 20 months old and he is absolutely thriving. Ms Denise is an exemplary owner who is always present and available. Her and the leadership team, all classroom teachers and the entire staff are extremely caring and very professional. We love getting real time updates about our son’s activities throughout the day with their mobile app, and we love seeing his artwork come home with him on Thursdays. The staff at Primrose care about the children’s education no matter the age. They take very good care of the young ones and they make an effort to keep things fun and informative for them at every stage. We could not be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Leesburg. Highly recommended!!

I'm truly so relieved we found Primrose at Potomac Station when we did. I was extremely nervous (and emotional) about leaving my 3-month-old in someone else's care and going back to work. They met me with kindness and professionalism to help ease the transition and I couldn't be more grateful. A few months after we started at Primrose my husband said we need to stop calling it daycare and call it what it is, preschool. Our daughter has thrived over her first year and we know it’s in large part to the care and early education she is getting at Primrose. But beyond educating, the teachers and really the entire staff knows, cares, and loves our daughter. It’s obvious to us every day and it’s such a huge relief for me to have the teachers and staff helping us grow with her and be better parents. As you can tell, I highly recommend!

We’ve been in love with Primrose since day 1 and we’re almost to our one year mark! The staff is so kind and our son has loved all his teachers (preschool and prek). We get several pictures throughout the day complete with information on the lessons and curriculum covered. Our son has a food allergy and the school has gone above and beyond to make accommodations. They even have special cookies for him on cookie Friday. Primrose Leesburg has been a blessing for our family. Thank you to the Halls, Ms Catherine and team!
