30 minutes past my appointment time and not called back yet. Pretty sure there are folks in front of me as well. They have one poor soul trying to run the entire operation.

Avoid this place!! THEY LOST MY HUSBANDS TEST RESULTS!!! He was told to place his cup on the counter. Customer service did nothing. Bad, bad business.

Appt at 8:40 arrived 10 minutes before, not seen until after 9. Took a long time and made me late for my next appointment. Why take appointments if you can't honor them.

Worst experience in a long time. Understaffed. No one at front desk. Ever. No way to call. Way Overbooked. Typically only one person managing the actual appointment appointments . Do not go here. Avoid at all costs! I waited nearly 2 hours and left.
