The lab technology woman is excellent. I have been going for over a year for multiple doctors ordered blood work. She performs the blood withdrawls consistently perfect - no pain and no black and blue marks afterward.

The clinical experience was fine. Efficient, clean, and painless. However, the website and subsequent attempts to access my results have been abysmal. Based on that experience, I would not select Quest as my lab service on purpose.
