Ross is definitely better than other similar discount stores. They carry better brands, and the store is usually much cleaner and more organized, which makes shopping more enjoyable.
The only downside is the checkout experience. No matter what time you go—even on weekends—there are usually just one or two cashiers, which leads to long lines every time. It’s the only thing that takes away from an otherwise great shopping experience.
Still, for the value and quality, I keep coming back!

This store has been open 34 minutes and it's either been destroyed already or never cleaned from yesterday or last week. Just a disgusting mess, packages torn open, trash on the floor, carts and rolling racks just scattered about. Will not be back, will not recommend

I just want to thank Mathias so much. That young gentleman working today provided such amazing upstanding customer service. Literally made my wife and my beautiful Pomeranian Mimi weekend. God bless you so much I was so impressed that my wife and I both asked to speak to the manger in charge but they were not around. This employee needs an instant raise or else I will come back and steal him to work for my company. Seriously god bless you and thank you to your family for teaching/raising you with such great manners. Thank you again from my heart to yours. Have a blessed weekend Mathias and I will be returning to this specific Ross location simply for you and saying thank you again in person if I get the opportunity. Thank you and thank you again. You really made mines and my wife and my dogs weekend. Thank you Mathias!
