I had a stem cell procedure in my lumbar spine. I go to the gym 5 days a week for yoga, Pilates , and Barre. With 3 different PTs telling me they couldn’t help me, Joe saw me as a challenge. He has helped me uncover things I’ve overlooked. So I will continue to go 3 days per week, even though it’s an hour dive, because it’s obvious he cares about my improvement. I take his suggestions very seriously because it will help me through life with less pain. Thanks for being so thorough

Emir Demirovic, PT at Select Physical Therapy - Leesburg is one of the very best PT Doctors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He's currently conducting the PT for my husband who has dementia and is very kind and patient while helping him do the therapy. He's very attentive to my husband's needs and abilities. I HIGHLY recommend him and this practice. They go above and beyond with their patients and families.

Professional and talented practitioners in a friendly welcoming environment. They have a great atmosphere which for a person who was apprehensive about PT I am now more comfortable and highly recommend them. I should have come a long time ago I feel better.

I really like this physical therapy office. I'm just starting new therapy for my Fibromyalgia pain and am very hopeful. I've been through several courses of therapy since about 2015.

I highly recommend this clinic! 5+ stars! The staff including secretary, physical therapists, etc. are very professional and friendly which make my recovery process much easier, but not necessary less painful :)I had a foot injury, so Orthopaedic Specialist recommended a 6-week therapy. My appointments have been easy to schedule and always on time. That is, the staff and equipment (cleaned and disinfected) ready for my rehab session. During each session, therapists are aware of my rehab status and proceed with exercise, massage, etc. They are always taking care of you and ask about how I feel, answer each question and listen to any suggestion. After 2 weeks, I can see and feel my foot has recovery a lot!I appreciate the work the Select Physical staff do.Thanks and continue the good work!

Ann at Select PT in Leesburg is awesome! She's great at what she does and also very knowledgeable. She listens and in my case has given me ideas about how one issue could cause other issues or be related. Not a doctor but she is very insightful and willing to share any information she thinks could help. You can tell she really does care. Thanks Ann!Also all other staff I've encountered here have been very polite, patient and helpful. 10/10. Highly recommend!

Do NOT go there if the med issue is from an auto wreck. They will intentionally interfere with your case. Mary is awful and makes mistakes. It is state law that medical bills from an auto wreck go to auto insurance for payment. Our auto insurance was readily paying all medical bills. Despite the fact that information was given in writing to Mary, she sent the bills to collection instead. She refused to Bill properly and made life harder for the patient. Avoid Select PT. They should not be employing Mary, because she does not know what she's doing and she is rude to some patients. She literally refused to Bill auto insurance, despite repeated requests, and intentionally cause billing problems. If she had actually cooperated, they would have been paid properly.

This review is in regards to their administration office and patient advocacy; not the practicing physical therapists on-site. While it’s understandable mistakes happen, especially when providers outsource medical billing, errors of the scope and magnitude of the following situation are not only unprofessional they are a disrespectful waste of time for the consumer. If you’d like to be ambushed with an inaccurate and very expensive bill along with “final notice” collection threats TWO YEARS after service, despite benefits being verified and copay collected at intake, and spend seven months of your time reorganizing their error including: appeals, semi-monthly calls rebooting an insurance you no longer have (re: job change/policy no longer in effect), cost of numerous faxes/postage, SME fees, and escalating to the state BOI for assistance, this office will put you through it all. In casual terms, they will test your peak “Karen” and “show receipts” threshold.Out of nowhere in August 2020, with zero courtesy communication and no attempt to contact me in over two years, I received a one page invoice for appointments from 2018. There was no explanation, no attached letter, just an invoice with a big number and payment due immediately. I found this alarming and inaccurate as my copays were collected at each appointment. After months of conflicting calls and he said/she said avoidance emails going nowhere, I leveraged the State BOI resource and submitted an appeal requesting their help. After a very extensive unpacking of paperwork, it was determined this billing office had repeatedly sent claims to the WRONG insurance company using the WRONG codes since day one causing my claim to be “out of network”. Apparently they had even attempted an appeal at one point and the appeal was even sent to the wrong company. The incompetence of a “patient advocacy” department took seven months (plus two years), 70+hours of my time, legal consulting/advice fees, fax and postage costs, and caused significant stress in my household. Adding subtext to the narrative, the bill arrived when I just came home with a newborn after emergency delivery, amidst an ongoing pandemic. My average call was 2.5 hours, I had to find baby coverage from someone we trusted in order to send faxes and oversized mailings during UPS/USPS operating hours, nothing could be conducted electronically because my insurance policy expired 45 days after job change, I exhausted resources cleaning up someone else’s mess.Thankfully, the state and my insurance company went so far as to actually write a formal paragraph outlining this office’s errors and how they needed to proceed: A) they are indeed a recognized provider, B) they must use ABCD codes for accurate processing andC) it must be sent to 123456 address. After forwarding this guidance to the billing office, even though they also received it but in no surprise - had not acted, I was told I would hear back in 30 days; two and a half months went by and still no correspondence. Two weeks ago, I received a standard auto-generated EOB ping from insurance, which means this office must have finally, FINALLY revised and submitted corrected claims after three other parties had to explain it to them (insurance, the state, me). I say “must have” because I heard nothing from this office.Yet, they were certainly punctual in sending invoice after invoice bolded and highlighted - with collection threats. This now eight month constant back and forth with complete disregard to take accountable action and communication while putting the responsibility on the patient two years later is beyond simple coaching and really should result in a managerial warning or dismissal. This administration company is unorganized, unapologetic, incorrigible, and an embarrassment to their immediate and extended peers in this practice and the healthcare industry.
