I go for the Tesla Supercharger. Then I use the restroom, buy a drink, maybe snacks or food. In general Sheetz is superior to other gas stations because they put trash cans and window cleaner stuff at the chargers. I'm cleaning my windows today. Lots of nice blue window cleaning water here. Normally, the cleaning wells are dry an have trash in them. But today, good job.

They forgot my mozzarella sticks today, got the marinara though. Disappointing. I didn't eat it until later so I didn't notice.

I stopped into this sheetz location on California drive in leesburg Virginia today around 5:00 pm to order one three meat flatbread pizza ; within one hour of consuming the food I had an upset stomach; I don't ever otherwise have this problem; to make matters worse I stopped into this same exact sheetz within the past week around the same time as today to order a three meat flatbread pizza and I encountered the same problem as today; an upset stomach that I had within one hour of consuming the food ; I don't otherwise ever have this issue ; this sheetz store has an issue with food safety; also I noticed this evening that the soda fountain was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned in a while and it was sticky and covered with soda that had spilled.

I’ve had great experiences at this Sheetz location. I visit often due to my job being nearby and I love being able to speak with Regina, she’s a very sweet lady.
I had online food order complications and went in store to ask if my food could be tweaked a bit and West had no problem helping me out in that matter.
I’m super thankful for each and every one of the employee’s services, they’re all so kind especially at the ungodly hours I’m there. 💜💜

The price of the sheet gas makes no sense.5/20/25.the price for unleaded is 3.13. …..The next day it is 3.19…This station is becoming a real clown show..The new ceo and middle management are quite poor.The quality of the food the cleanliness in the store and restrooms is pathetic..The whole place has gone down hill considerably the longer they stay open.I will not be back..To many other places to get gas cheaper.

Subject: Concern Regarding Cleanliness & Management at Leesburg Sheetz
concerns regarding the Leesburg Sheetz location. Given that this store is only a few years old, I was shocked by the poor condition of the facilities and overall management.
• The bathrooms are extremely dirty, with unclean counters and a general lack of maintenance.
• The store itself is disorganized, and the fuel pumps are filthy.
• Customer service is severely lacking—I witnessed multiple customers waiting at the register for over 10 minutes because they needed assistance purchasing items from behind the counter. The employees on the other side ignored them completely.
This location is, unfortunately, one of the worst Sheetz stores I’ve visited, even worse than the one on Edwards Ferry. I’ve previously submitted complaints, yet it seems like nothing has changed. It’s frustrating to visit a store where the conditions are so poor that I actively try to avoid touching anything.
What has happened here? It seems like there’s a complete lack of care from management. I hope these issues are addressed promptly because this level of neglect is unacceptable.

The manager WES it works over night was very rude and racist a guest buy me a coffee and get mad about but I am homeless so WES calls the cops on me told them I want her out of here I did nothing wrong just trying to get warm

This Sheetz PRIORITIZES MOBLE food orders ABOVE IN-STORE. I guess they place less value on my time than a person not even present in the store or likely still in bed.
