I paid $16 for their premium car wash and I feel like I paid for just a fancy way to spray water on my car. My car wasn’t very dirty, so I figured this touchless car wash would be able to handle it. Honestly, I can’t tell a difference between the before and after. I wish I had taken pics. I’m beyond disappointed.
Also, they need to clean the panel where you purchase the car wash. It is so dirty, you can’t read anything. I didn’t even want the premium wash. I couldn’t read which option was the basic wash or the premium wash, so I took a gamble and hit the button on the top, which was obviously the wrong one. Stick to just buying gas here.

This is the rudest most argumentative group of people I’ve ever seen at something as simple as a gas station. They would not take a manufacturer coupon for something that they carry and advertise for and could not have been more rude about it. With so many gas stations around, I’ll never go back to this place for so much as a soda.

Great place to get snacks and fill up your gas. But I don't recommend the car wash paid the premium wash and unfortunately I still had dust on the vehicle usually doesn't happen when I go to other places.

This is the second time for bed review for the people on the front she is rude, very rude not respect the customer and I have my kids scare and she don’t respect. The manager is the manager. There is the best one, but the ladies is working the front. She’s very very bad customer service. She is very rude.

Apparently purelife water and aquafina are both $8. What bs. Upon telling them the price isn't right, no compassion or care towards the complaint was given. All water doesn't cost the same!!!! Look in your cooler!!!!!

Another Shell station that rations. At $75 the pumps cut off. No, I didn't use grocery store rewards. Even if I did, I only had 16g of fuel.

Higher than most surrounding Shell stations and poor service. But more importantly, fairly certain my credit card got skimmed or poached somehow here. I saw other complaints on other forums about this place. Wish I had saw them sooner. Losing customers by the dozens now. Sad!

Went in for a drink and a light. Dylan the manager I believe is Sikh. Accused me of stealing as I emptied my pockets and we both agreed to call the police. I was then asked to leave by another employee. Very disappointed.

This is a gas station where you can cash in you flexible reward points to lower your gas prices..., 10 cent/ gallon savings for every 100 points earned at Giant grocery stores. As seems to be common at most of the gas stations that participate in this grocery store promotion, including this Shell ststion, their gas prices are up to 20 cents a gallon higher than some other nearby gas stations that do not. So in the end some of the benefits to consumers are negated by the higher prices. I'd personally rather cash in my flexible reward points on future grocery purchases instead of on gas purchases.
