I placed a last-minute marketing project order with Staples and called ahead to explain what I needed. The representative I spoke with was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful—he really took the time to understand my request.
When I arrived at the store, the team completed my project quickly, and the final product looked great! The materials were high-quality, and the service exceeded my expectations.
Very happy with the staff at this location—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have shopped at the Leesburg, VA STAPLES since they opened many years ago. I have purchased items from a .49¢ tiny binder filler paper to a $300+ printer, and every price point in between. I have used their binding and copying services many, many times, & have sought out tech advice. I have never left the store without the answers I was looking for, or the products I needed.

Staples promotes their printing department in most stores except this one. The worker in the printing department stated today I would need to wait until Sunday to receive an enlarged copy of my picture because he was working alone but he had multiple lengthy conversations with specific customers.....he seemed to avoid any type of work outside of talking..their were two cars in the parking lot when I arrived..seriously how busy are..huge store with lack of productivity..what a waste of money and space.
