As always the bankers are no help, nothing is ever updated, wasted $30 on an Uber to get a new card just to have it get declined an hour later. Done with this bank. Finding a new one this is so ridiculous and unprofessional. They are constantly wasting my time. CONSTANTLY. I’m beyond fed up. I should’ve never banked with them to begin with. How embarrassing having to leave all of my stuff because my cards getting declined when I HAVE money on it. Never again wasting my time with them. So beyond fed up wow. This is just unbelievable.

The Leesburg branch of Summit Bank is filled with extremely friendly and courteous employees, and I feel welcomed every time I walk in the lobby. It makes me feel valued to by known by my name. Any time I have an issue or request, Debbie and/or Sarah handle it immediately -- most of the time faster than I could reasonably expect. The ladies working as tellers are just flat nice people. I would recommend this bank to any Loudoun County individual or small business looking to make a change in their bank. Top shelf.

If you like people who know you by face and name and will take the time to listen to you and help you then this is the bank for you. They have great rates but the customer service is far and away the best customer service I've ever had in a bank. When you call you speak to an actual person at your branch not someone in a call center. I've come several times a few minutes before they closed and they were always happy to help me. They don't make banks like this anymore.Specifically Debbie is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people in there. I would tell you to ask for her when you walk in but typically she will come and greet you as soon as you enter. Other institutions should study Summit for how to improve their customer service.

Debbie Alexander is very unprofessional and argued with me about how I'm wrong about my account. Word to the wise pull out your money and go to another bank.
